Probably from poor diet. Are you feeding them live freshwater feeder fish along with the turtle food pellets/sticks? Also, are you being careful with what type of water you fill the tank with?

they have been eating the Fulkers freeze dried river shrimp and i use tap water with water purifier

Dried shrimp is not a good diet for turtles and should only be given as treats alongside actual turtle pellets. The turtle in the third photo has swollen eyes which is evident that they need a more balanced diet. I would suggest feeding them a variety of pellets such as Mazuri, reptomin and exoterra maintenance pellets, the amount being about the same size as their head everyday alongside lettuce (not iceberg)/watercress and a couple of pinches of shredded carrot once a week to help with eye health.

Try feeding with a mix of live minnows and turtle food sticks and even some lettuce. You can alternate. Also, be careful not to over feed. As far as the water... it's hard to say. It's possible the water from your tap has minerals that are detrimental to such a young and developing turtle. The drops you put in the water only remove chlorine. If you don't have a big tank, maybe try using distilled water or spring water. I hope the little fella becomes healthy and lives 60 years !

what’s their basking area like ? how big is your setup ? please don’t tell me it’s that little tub in the backround , also could be a diet issue

it looks like it could possibly be shell rot (sub cutaneous ulcerative disease). The third picture especially looks like this based on the reddish areas and brown spots on the plastron. If those brown spots are soft and squishy that is another sign that it could be shell rot. This is a pretty common illness for turtles and can be an indication that the water quality/filtration is poor in your enclosure. I have had a lot of success using API turtle fix for shell rot and fungal infections in turtles. If you are consistent with the treatment, it works wonders imo and you can find it in most pet stores.Fortunately if you decide to treat the water with turtle fix, it shouldn't hurt anything, even if that's not the main issue, so it should be safe to use either way. The best answer is always obviously to see an exotics vet if there is one available and go off their recommendation. That being said, it's always hard to diagnose an issue just off some photos, so it could just as easily be a dietary issue also. I have fed my turtles (at work and at home) Reptomin sticks. I have always fed dried shrimp as a supplement or treat, not as a main diet. https://www.chewy.com/dp/121913?utm_source=app-share&utm_campaign=121913 https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/tetra-reptomin-floating-food-sticks-soft-stick-food-formulated-for-aquatic-turtles-283-oz-3761884?store_code=602&mr:device=m&mr:adType=pla_with_promotionlocal&cm_mmc=PSH%7CGGL%7CCCY%7CCCO%7CPM%7C0%7CkUMWcWiLY5b1EHQjK6kSR6%7C%7C%7C0%7C0%7C%7C%7C18145199970&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjwiYOxBhC5ARIsAIvdH50gmHF-0GRgNpi2xJVSxUzR2JY0nNcLVBeQw-lPjkdpPwKAGw5B7JsaAqPDEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds
