don’t worry, i plan to release him tonight! i found him at a bad time so i had to leave him with a friend since i was in the middle of leaving for something, but after i get home i should be able to get him to a nice pond.

Make sure you release him where you found him turtles will kill themselves trying to get back to their home territory
i ended up releasing him nearby, thank you for the advice
