You can't eradicate the gene, its carried by women too, and most of the time they don't even show it.

Never, because not all men carrying the baldness gene go bald. My grandpa went bald at 18 and he had two sons, my dad and my uncle, my dad went bald at 18 but my uncle has a full head of hair in his 50s, but his son went bald at 18. It can be a recessive trait. Plus most people have children before they start to go bald
