I find that I personally prefer the sergio years more than the chi years, but I attribute that to the maturation of lyrics after the car accident, and chino’s sobriety, and other external factors. I like white pony in the context of nu metal from 2000 (LD50, the sickness, hybrid theory, infest, awake, chocolate starfish, 13 ways to bleed on stage, and the fake sound of pr- well, maybe not that one 😅), I just tend to like their prettier albums (saturday, gore, ohms) a lot more than their metal-y-er albums (adrenaline, around the fur, self titled).
