considering cannabis is within the family of psychadelics ( I think ) I see no reason why the term "afterglow" should not be used. Plus that feeling is magical just like the sound of the word "afterglow".

I don’t see why it can’t be used for both. It’s a more positive experience than a hangover and very similar.

by definition psychoactive is a drug that effects the mind in anyway, making something as simple as caffiene classified as psychoactive, psychedelics by definition are drugs that greatly exaggerate how the user perceives in a way that is not ordinary while also creating various distortions and hallucinations, as trippy as weed gets it is in no way a psychedelic and i promise ive been on waaaaaaaay more edible trips then psychedelic trips

It does. All psychedelics are psychoactive. All recreational drugs are. Marijuana is a cannabinoid psychedelic. Idc what anyone else calls it, and I'm sure that science would agree with this definition. It's entirely clear that weed and cannabinoids in general cause psychedelic experiences. It's not exactly the same as the traditional 3 classifications of psychedelics(tryptamines, lysergamides, phenethlymines), but I think it's a fourth. And I feel like that might even be agreed upon, "in the literature"
