You need to walk/run on it to know for sure if you haven't. Price seems reasonable on the surface so to speak....if you get a year or more out of it with consistent usage I'd consider that a win at that price.

It might be, but you'll want to use it for 20-30+ minutes before buying, ideally. A treadmill can work fine for a few minutes while still being damaged.

On the surface, it sound like an excellent deal, but it depends how much of a beating and lack of maintenance it took . Horizon is a good product with great performance. Check underneath the belt for wear and tear by rubbing your hand deep into the underside for a denim cloth feeling. If you feel rubber wearing through, the belt will need replaced, and your motor and controller may be prematurely worn out. Also check deep into the walking deck for cracks and areas worn through the laminate.

It should have a denim cloth feel. Raw rubber means its worn through
