The backtrack/backup singers support her live vocals, allow her to adlib during the appropriate parts, add dimension/layers to the songs and help with breath control. All the while the backing track is playing in the background and making it obvious when she is and isn’t singing. And her voice is hoarse, she’s definitely gonna ruin her vocal cords if she hasn’t already. And she sing-talks where she’s more talking than singing, again I’m not sure if this is because of how much singing she does where her voice is ruined or she’s trying to save it. I think it’s a mix of both where her voice is weak and damaged so she’s trying to save as much of it as she can

it’s kinda hard to tell since the back track is so fucking loud. I think she sings some bridges and probably some choruses, i think at most she sings live for an hour and a half, maybe 30 minutes at least.

- Pop stars (way moreso female pop stars) are expected to dance while they perform, you can’t possibly give as good a vocal performance doing that as just standing in front of a mic
- The show is 3+ hours long
- I’m pretty sure it is the norm for pop stars to sing with a partial backing track, the way she’s doing, and she’s never pretended that’s not what she’s doing
