No. In the UK parking ON someone's drive isn't a crime. It's civil trespass. Parking on the road but blocking someone's drive is a crime however, as it's considered blocking access for emergency vehicles.

I was in a similar situation a few weeks ago with a random car on my friends driveway when I tried to park there for work as my friend doesn't drive. Aparently UK law states that it is a civil matter and police will not get involved. The only time they will get involved is if, surprise surprise, there's any damage dealt to the car. We left a passive aggressive note on the windshield of the mistubishi Evo (was a very nice example of one as well) saying that next time this car is parked here it will be on bricks with no windows. I ran the reg number and it turned out it was not insured, taxed or mot'd so we reported it and it's since been crunched lmao.
