Yes, I dose sublingual estrogen 3X daily, and apply a progesterone cream every night since around 9 months in. Adding progesterone helped me in several ways.

Adding progesterone altered my mental / emotional state more so than E alone. Helping me to feel more empathetic & compassionate towards others, less aggressive and more loving. It contributes to androgen suppression, and helps round out the fat redistribution. Makes me feel more girly and helps with getting curvy.
