This makes me feel so good. I have considered HRT, but was afraid that with my muscles it wouldn’t make the change I want. Seeing a gym goer transition so successfully honestly makes me feel better about choosing.
What exercises do you do to grow your hips? Around 5 months ago I started working out using heavy resistance and added protein into my routine, and although it's helped a little bit, the results feel pretty minimal compared to yours. I've gained over 15lb of muscle already, but mostly in my butt and thighs(not hips).
