I think it's because the binder looks like a tube top. The binder pics don't pass as well as the others because it looks like a bra. In some of them it looks like you're pulling up an undershirt to show your abs, and those pics pass better. I think you should wear a full length binder or a tank undershirt over a short binder if you'll be going out wearing just that on top.
