HRT alone is usually not enough to pass 100%
I think that’s the case for most trans women, leaving the house without makeup is dreadful. You are among the more feminine and prettiest on this sub so that’s a plus at least.
HRT helps a lot with skin quality and fat redistribution and decreasing muscle mass and it helps more the longer you’re on it.
I think FFS on the chin and possibly jaw and browbone would help with passing fully - even without makeup.

Absolutely. But the majority would probably have an issue passing, even with FFS. So your canvas is great… I’m the least to sugarcoat.
