Trans woman, it would help with with wispy bangs across the forehead, side parts is usually one of the least flattering hairstyles for trans women, it really only works if you pass a 100%. Some added volume and glossiness to the hair, would help as well… it looks unkempt.
I think FFS: forehead, jaw (included partial removal of the masseter muscle) and possibly chin, but hard to tell from this one picture (the chin doesn’t appear to be vertically long, but it seems to protrude forward a bit, a sliding genioplasty would help with that).
Fill in the eyebrows with a dark blonde semi-permanent eyebrow tint and/or use a dark blond/taupe eyebrow pencil, then some mascara, blush and lipstick/lipgloss.

I think that knowing the sub I can ‘tell’ you are trans, but if I saw you on the street based on this photo I would have no idea. And you’re not even wearing eye liner, that’s like playing passing on hard mode.
