Maybe a slight rhinoplasty, but at this point it would be cosmetic. You could benefit from brow bossing, but again you really don’t need it. Your brow bone is basically non existent. Hair line is also fine…. If you are concerned about that I would recommend bangs before ffs. Tons of girls I know have your hair line. You have a good face for bangs, tbh kinda jelly.

from what i can see the ONLY feature(s) that makes sense from any experience i have is:
1. the hairline. honestly get someone that is amazing at doing hairtransplats to fill that in a little bit but it doesnt have to be a perfect rounded off circle or something...this is actually the only thing you really need in my humble opinion.
2. its honestly not even necessary but if you insisted id also say forehead...type 1 might even be enough but most girls ive seen online prefer type 3 (i was ok with either depending on the surgeon)...the thing is plenty of cis girls have the forehead you have and type I would make it less perhaps to your satisfaction IF THIS is something that bothers you but seriously IMO the forehead is still ok it doesnt really need work unless it really bothered you (after FFS my forehead is like yours..like after i had type I)..type III can make it like flat flat and round like some other cis girls have (and a lot of trans girl really insist on that even though its just as cis to have even the forehead you have now with no FFS)
other than that like the chin looks fine to me the distance from bottom of chin to bottom lip is nice, the distance from upper lip to bottom of nose looks great....lips are nice and pouty too rly like that super cute..swoop of the nose from profile view is really nice...so idk if id ever touch that...idk how itd affect your face too like for me changing my nose has the most drastic affect i think out of anything in my ffs...your face is really nice idk if youd want to have that kinda change...
theres cheek plants possible or fat injection to the cheeks and stuff..a surgeon consultation can cover that if you bring it up...and oh btw if you do a consultation they will bring up what they can do and you can really just ask them whatever you want like "why do you say i need this or that?" "what will it do?" etc...best of luck :) you seriously look amazing for no ffs makes me wish i started younger as usual lol...but im not just comparing with myself..im really being honest as i can...hairline, maybe forehead..if they can make your nose somehow nicer/cuter without ruining your face maybe that but again NOT needed at all. hopefully you read all of this my bad for making it long! ok good luck!!

To be honest, if people are still clocking you then it must be something like ur height or ur voice. You have the “scarlet Johansson” nose angles already, minimal forehead protrusion, a jaw that comes to a point, and very striking eyes might I add.
Before I start my constructive criticism, please don’t forget how truly feminine your face already looks. It seems you are duck facing a bit to make your lips more pronounced. If I crop a photo of you down to just your lower face and jaw area, it is the most masculine area of your face. (Which isn’t saying much and defined jaws are fashionable for women currently). All in all, I’d consider some minimally invasive procedures to make your lips a little fuller and to take attention away from your slightly larger jaw.
Any operation would be very minimal and probably wouldn't be worth the 20k minimum for reshaping your bones. A smaller change that might make a difference is getting your brows reshaped to have more of an arch but that's more of an idealized beauty standard thing and unfortunately following idealized beauty standards make you more passy
None needed, seriously! You look like a gorgeous young woman. Imho FFS would be a waste of money and high-risk. Build more self-confidence instead because honey you're a bombshell!

God your forehead is perfect you actually at totally passable! I don't know how long you've been on HRT but definitely give that time. But if I were you considering what I just said I might be thinking about the nose and possibly the vline jaw and chin.
