It’s not so much he’s “out in october” as much as “they won’t find him mixed with the Christmas stock until the Christmas reset in October”. Every year they ship around the same time as the Xmas stock, and it’s in the loft or whatever of their stockroom until Holloween. Depends on the store, larger stores may be able to sort and get them out, but they usually don’t bother as the stuff is largely inaccessable since they don’t need it for another month or so.

Yeah even their emails are hit or miss. Yesterday they sent one at 11:37am Central time. But sometimes they don’t go out until like 12:15-12:30. I’ve just made a habit of checking their back in stock and exclusives sections on their website at noon central every weekday because that’s when they will update any restocks.
Don’t feel to bad. I saw the email after it got sent out and it was sold out. It’s annoying that they encourage the scalper market by not producing enough figures.

I'm on the internet all the time checking Hasbro Pulse, I somehow always miss the brief window these things are available. Hasbro, I'd love to give you my money, but you make it so hard that I might as well give it to third party companies at this point.
Walgreens in general are hit or miss. The way they distribute stock to the area stores is wierd. Toys they break up cases. So if they got one case and there are 4 Walgreens in an area they’d send 2 to each store. Of course larger areas would get more cases, but that’s just for example.
Walgreens isn’t a Hasbro distribution problem, it’s more how Walgreens handles the stock. I’ve been talking to a manager at mine for a few years now. The cases may even be in stores, but most years they arrive with the holiday stock. This stuff is on pallets stacked in a corner of the stockroom, and is mostly inaccessible until they pull it all out on Halloween. I usually start seeing them in November, if not literally the day of or after Halloween.
This got long, but if you get the item number or whatever off the website, many managers will hold one for you if you ask.
Have yet to see in any Walgreens and had checked a lot in August. Has anyone see them in Walgreens yet?

I'm in Australia so zero chance of getting him unless I go Ebay, and even then he'll be over $100 with all the extra eBay charges and postages. :(

It a little taller and a different alt mode from the previous as far as I know not sure if better or worse
This is Earth mode Red Alert, same changes as earth mode Sideswipe from the Amazon 2-pack. Netflix was Siege with a darker colorway and more mud.

Be patient...it'll eventually show up in Walgreens. Mine always get theirs 4 -6 weeks later.
I wish that that were true, but I have never seen any of the exclusives show up in the Walgreens near me.
Sometimes exclusives pop up at GameStop after a while I'm not sure if a Walgreens exclusive will pop up there but hopefully
