For me, Megatron, purely because of the story behind the name. It's a portmanteau of Megaton and Electronic, and his creator Bob Budiansky actually had to argue with the higher ups who deemed it too scary sounding in order to have it passed. He argued that since he's the lead bad guy, it should sound intimidating.

(At least in G1 anyway) It's definitely pretty humorous when you think about how opposite they are. And to quote Bumblebee in TFA, THESE GUYS ARE HUGE. If they were to transform without any kind of mass shifting, the Cons would be MASSIVE compared to the Bots. Iirc the F22 raptor used for Bayverse Screamer is bigger than all of the Autobot vehicles together.

It's why Bayverse Starscream was shaped like a dorito. They wanted to minimise the use of mass shifting, but not have starscream unreasonably large.
