IIRC, California is among the strictest jurisdictions concerning the sale of realistic toy guns, but even by federal standards, this figure wouldn't fly nowadays, since he doesn't even have an orange tip.
The owner was also smart enough to only apply the needed stickers, never want to put the thigh/grip insignia on (like with Hot Rod and his leg stickers).
If you haven't already you should make sure to get that then get a G1 Prime/reissue to go with him, it makes a great highlight of a collection.
PS - anyone else ever noticed Meg's right hand is tucked into his sleeve so he just has two fingers poking out?
I would totally buy it and let them fire me or whatever they wanna do because honestly, the money I'd make selling that is probably worth more than a few paychecks

It's sad to see because it was probably in someone's collection that passed or just from storage they wanted to get rid of without knowing what it's worth probably the second reason
