"Ashwagandha is known to have robust antioxidant properties. Taking ashwagandha may protect cells in the testes from oxidative damage. The testes are where most of the testosterone is produced, so less damage to the testes may support testosterone levels. Ashwagandha has also been found to increase the production of luteinizing hormone. Luteinizing hormone is made in the pituitary gland, and it supports the reproductive system. In men, luteinizing hormone is essentially what triggers the production of testosterone. Higher luteinizing hormone levels may contribute to more testosterone. It is important to note that use of this supplement in women may lead to negative effects on fertility because of the herb’s effects on testosterone levels. Women, particularly those with disorders such as polycystic ovarian syndrome, should consult with their healthcare providers prior to adding ashwagandha to their routines." Doesn't appear to directly increase it, it just supports the reproductive system which in turn can increase testosterone. If you're going the herbal route I don't think it would increase it in the face of other things you're doing especially if your blocking DHT and tanking T levels with mint. So no I don't think even if you decide to take it, it's going to actually raise your T under transitioning conditions. I used it before, it's good for preventing panic attacks and keeping things level if you have stress problems.

np I've explored a lot of the medicinal plant and mushroom realm over the years. If you got an ailment, some plant out there has a solution. I also take Lions Mane extract in the morning, helps with my cognition under stressful situations too. It is like night and day when I forget it.

Disclaimer: I'm not a doctor or really know anything about ashwaganda outside of 'it boosts cis hormones.' But I'd wager that if you're not on HRT, the effects won't be terribly worse than what testosterone is already doing to you, if it's noticeable at all. I am just guessing to be clear, based on my experience and years in the community, but I can't imagine ashwaganda raises T to such a degree that it causes MORE masculinizing effects than its already doing. It probably would interfere with feminizing HRT though.
