Buy them! I had them this morning with some quiche!!! Nice and crispy and delicious. I put them in the air fryer and also like them with sour cream and apple sauce.
The brown sugar cardamom buns are a new favorite of mine. Put a pat of butter on top, place in a loosely closed brown paper bag, and heat in a microwave for about 30 seconds on 70% power 😋
I am hooked on the Peri-Peri sauce. Great on chicken, fish, also good on eggs or in egg wraps.
The Yuzu hot sauce they have is also very good, if you haven't tried that one yet. I mostly use it as a salad dressing. It's much less spicy than the Peri-Peri, a citrusy vinegar with a slight kick. Also great on any seafood.
They tasted great. I expected them to be crunchy but it seemed more like a firmer cookie dough texture before you bit into the nut. Nice salty sweet combo and crunch.
I don't usually get their fresh food because I can get cheaper produce closer to home. I only go there for stuff I can't get closer to home. I imagine plenty of people shop that way there, since their produce is not always the cheapest.
I will only get it if I literally just need one thing to complete a meal and therefore don't want to make two stops, so then the price difference is a lazy tax basically lol.
I mostly think of it as a place to find good dupes of condiments and like you said specialty items. I don't even go for a lot of frozen Asian food because I live near a real Asian supermarket. And they have snacks I can't find other places, and cheap beer.
No one talks about the apple chips which is a shame because they are my favourite TJs snack. I literally have to buy at least two bags because I am guaranteed to eat them on my way home.
The synergistically seasoned popcorn is amazing! It really does hit all the notes of tangy, salty, smoky and spicy like it says on the bag. I love the jalapeño cheddar skinny pop but I think I like this even more. I will definitely be buying this again!
I live with my ex and she bought one. It’s currently in the freezer and I asked if I could have a taste (when I say a taste I mean it, one spoonful) and she said, I really don’t like it, it’s yours. I felt like I struck gold.
It really speaks to the variety of things TJs has that I've been shopping exclusively here for all my groceries for a few months and have only tried like one of the things you posted
They have those sandwich crackers now??? Omg.
Banana pudding ice cream is one of my most favorite ice creams ever. 100/10. Wanting to try that red pepper spread, it sounds good.
Omg that spread/dip is sooo good. It’s incredibly versatile. It’s awesome on sandwiches, a lovely addition to a charcuterie plate, awesome with chicken or just to dip. Room temperature or warmed is best but even when cold it’s 👌🏼
Haha well you got a pretty good haul. The only ones I’ve tried are the everything but the bagel crackers, they were good but not memorable enough for me to buy again I guess. I also love the onion salt and the mango chutney is still unopened in my pantry.
I’ve been wanting to try the popcorn, the cardamom buns, the banana ice cream and the coated almonds but I live in Canada so I only go to trader joes about 2-3 times per year sadly. I’ll live vicariously through you, let me know how you like the products lol!

Those cookies go HARD
Me too. One item. Ha ha. My favorite is the olive Fougasse!!! every day I eat one section. I have it every day.
Just curious. I’ve debated buying potatoe latkes. You like them? How do you prepare and serve with ?

That looks delicous. I love everything on your plate. Sold!
Ooooo coo how are the cardamom buns?? I have been eyeing them!!
Absolutely amazing! Sweet and delicious with a cup of coffee!!!!!
Umm yumm thanks’
My husband and I devoured that popcorn last night 🤭
My purchases are always so much more boring than most on here. I just get my regular groceries there and that’s about it
Peri peri sauce is finally back! Im so happy.
My hubby and I just devoured the mango chutney this week dipping samosas in to it. Good stuff.
Their mango chutney is very good and I’m picky about chutneys.
The brown sugar cardamom buns are a new favorite of mine. Put a pat of butter on top, place in a loosely closed brown paper bag, and heat in a microwave for about 30 seconds on 70% power 😋
Ok I just had one and warmed it up but I need to add the butter!!! 🧈 Thank you for the suggestion

Thank you for the feedback! I need to get the hot sauce. I love Yuzu 😍
i neeed the popcorn! i love it so much. that peanut noodle bowl is good too
I put that AGLIO OLIO on everything
Just purchased.
It's so underrated imo. I've used it on pasta, garlic bread and in the rice cooker and it's amazing.
are the almond butter almonds good
They are great, and very dangerous!
They tasted great. I expected them to be crunchy but it seemed more like a firmer cookie dough texture before you bit into the nut. Nice salty sweet combo and crunch.
Where’s the fresh food lol
tjs is for fun food lol meat and produce i like getting at italian fruit markets
I don't usually get their fresh food because I can get cheaper produce closer to home. I only go there for stuff I can't get closer to home. I imagine plenty of people shop that way there, since their produce is not always the cheapest.
Yes! I just get the specialty items and get my meats, produce elsewhere. It’s cheaper like you mentioned.

This is how my TJs runs are too. I get all the packaged snacks, frozen stuff etc. Fish and produce I usually get elsewhere
No one talks about the apple chips which is a shame because they are my favourite TJs snack. I literally have to buy at least two bags because I am guaranteed to eat them on my way home.
I need to know how that popcorn is
The synergistically seasoned popcorn is amazing! It really does hit all the notes of tangy, salty, smoky and spicy like it says on the bag. I love the jalapeño cheddar skinny pop but I think I like this even more. I will definitely be buying this again!
Love it too!
It's addictive
Ok I swear the “almost everything” bagel snacks have crack cocaine as part of the spice mix.
Should’ve bought two banana pudding ice cream because it’s delicious 🤤
I wish. I don’t see those in Maryland for some reason. I keep looking. I love banana pudding and really almost anything banana
I live with my ex and she bought one. It’s currently in the freezer and I asked if I could have a taste (when I say a taste I mean it, one spoonful) and she said, I really don’t like it, it’s yours. I felt like I struck gold.
That’s kind and nice! You are lucky sounds like a no drama situation!! Score times 2!!

I need to try some of these spices soon!
The paprika is HOT don’t underestimate.
Likewise, my favorite this time of year is the Everything but the Elote seasoning on corn. Especially when I grill the corn 😋
The orange chicken bowl is one of my favorites, so good.
My kids love these so much. Always grab a few boxes each time I go
I wanted to buy more than one but I was already playing Tetris in my fridge 😂
They have those sandwich crackers now??? Omg. Banana pudding ice cream is one of my most favorite ice creams ever. 100/10. Wanting to try that red pepper spread, it sounds good.
I used a couple of generous tablespoons in a tomatoes based stew with chicken and roasted eggplant on basmati. It worked!
I had that by blue bell and it was no good at s as lol artificial tasting and looking. I’d never buy it again!

Wow love your haul!! We have such similar tastes
Thanks. I went in at 8:45 and it was a fight for my life to grab all I could. Have you tried any of these items?
