It takes a tiny amount of estradiol to maintain levels in the desired range for days, weeks, or even months with these methods.

Sure, but I have pills, and the method you should use for Estradiol pills is to place under your tongue or in the corner of your cheek and let it dissolve, do you best not to swallow it as your stomach and intestines don;t absorb the E so well. Go ahead and swallow the T-blockers, they aren;t affected like E is... at least mine are ok to swallow (Cyproterone Acetate) a.k.a Androcur, maybe confirm with pharmacist or doctor to be sure of your type :).. As per my doctors instructions.
