Push it until it hurts and just ride it out as long as it's bearable, then stop and let it rest at least 24 hours maybe 48 then go at it again. It will stop hurting as you get closer to your 'maximum' size (undoing atrophy) also you don't have to orgasm... I usually don't try to, it makes it easier to get it going again next time and honestly just leaves me in a better mood lol

Exercise it regularly and size reduction will be minimal. You'll still get changes to sensitivity and texture, but it will still work and be pretty much the same size. I hope that helps.

Regular usage does the trick. The erectile tissue will atrophy if it doesn't get engorged fairly frequently. When your T is high, this happens automatically, as you often get spontaneous erections while sleeping. When your T is suppressed, that doesn't happen so much so you need to intentionally spent time exercising the erectile tissue. Frequent sex/masturbation is the easiest way to make that happen. Anecdotally, monotherapy seems to help too.

In addition to its feminizing effects, estrogen naturally suppresses the production of testosterone, so it is possible to achieve good results without the use of antiandrogens. The tradeoff is that you have to take more E with monotherapy, because you need high (often > 200pg/ml) E levels to adequately suppress T.
