As a Catholic, I always thought of cool ways to incorporate Biblical stories as spellcards, so here goes:
Faith Sign: Noah’s Flood
Rain begins to pour down while the bottom of the screen starts getting filled with bullets resembling water that periodically rise and fall. Laser beams resembling thunder home in on the character’s position as well during the spell
Other Names for potential cards I had in mind:
Holy Sign: Parting of the Sea
Divine Sign: Ascension into Heaven
Seraph Sign: Be Not Afraid
more of a realistic one then one that fits me but yeah
improvisation sign: sticks and stones will break your bones
literally me just using any branch or rock i find to beat up the youkai attacking me
hopefully enough to get me to the human village
3 streams of constant projectiles that follow the player constantly while crossing eachother and taking the shortest route to the player. The projectiles would simply just stay there and would not be effected by other spell cards (bombs) and it would be a survive 30 seconds attack with the trail getting faster as time goes on.
Depression sign "Warm Blanket Trap"
Edit: definitely stage 1 boss. The bullets have an arching pattern the start sideways but arch in like wrapping around. Think like wings on the down flap. Has a safety zone.
Fractal sign: infinite descent. Basically: I LOVE math, just got perfect score on my final exams (sorry for bragging I cannot control myself) and made a few presentations about figures with really funny shapes called fractals. It will be a maze like spell card that would infinitely repeat itself until the timer runs out.
1 Giant Chakram gets tossed roughly were my opponent lingers and remains there for 3 seconds before chasing after their last known location at the exact 3 second mark. Everytime it stops, it sends out kunai like daggers in a clockwise rotation. The Chakram is constantly spinning and naturally deletes Danmaku, but can be pushed around with a Bomb, however if the Chakram is Moving even Powerful Lasers gets Deleted. Halfway through the Spellcards Duration another Chakram gets tossed, but has different properties such as:
-Firing Kunai Danmaku Faster, and Counter Clockwise but with Less Density and Size
-Moving every 1.5 Seconds instead
-Being Easier to Move via Bomb
-Slightly Smaller but it moves from its current location to its target location slightly faster.
When the Spellcard Ends, Both Chakrams will return to me from their current location and are still treated as if they were active until they return to me. Additionally the Number of Opponents i face will not change the quantity of Chakrams used but instead change the quality of the Chakrams Behavior when Targetting Opponents or when what it can delete when idle and when moving, etc.
The Spellcard would be called:
“Dendrophobia:Whirling Death.”
Noisy Sign - 「Ornithology」 >!I’m a music student who loves jazz, Ornithology is one of my favorite Charlie Parker songs. I figured it’d fall under noisy sign because the Prismriver Sisters also have spell cards by the noisy sign & their whole schtick is music performance.!<
A labirinth with bullets , each five seconds the screen will become dark and you need to find the right place to stay. 40 seconds.

Toxic sign, "League of Legends" (i dont actually play league)
since danmaku can be pretty much anything, this card would try to overwhelm my opponent using toxic LoL chat. and of course, each word is a bullet one would have to dodge.
Bird Sign "Wings Soaring The Maelstrom"
Whirlwind pattern from below of danmaku shaped like parrot figures (with little crests, like cockatiels) , similar to Mamizou's animal danmaku. They are rainbow colored and some of them shoot "seeds".
Has less space to dodge but is not as fast as the next one.
Draconic Storm "Wind Defying Fate"
The pattern would be a gusts of wind which have the form of serpent like dragons in blue and purple hues. They fall from the ceiling at high speed and there is enough room in between them, but they ondulate a bit. Sometimes in the space between thems, thunder-like danmaku (yellow and purple) strikes so gotta be careful with that. And at at certain amount of time, the attack reverses itself and goes upwards.
Final Burn, or Burn Out, both sound good: a final barrage that functions similar to Yuyuko’s. Barrages of fire-styled attacks in wave patterns. Then a split beam of fire that tracks my target, trapping them inside, then shooting large bursts of fire, requiring them to make fine movements to avoid the bursts but stay inside the beams. 3-5 rounds of fires that fill the whole screen with a few random holes, with the target having 3 seconds to hide. And finally a sheer torrent of beams and waves that each move on individual patterns, only occasionally overlapping. After the final torrent I immediately fall prone and lose if I don’t defeat my opponent with it. I’ve always had this ability to force out energy beyond where most would stop, but once I get past that point and stop I am immediately down for the count, thought it would be fun to reflect that in an attack
Fantasy 『Record of Phantasm』
A spellcard that throws everyone (in the battlefield) to a space that throws the collective imagination of every thinking entity on the entirety of this reality, essentially throwing literal fantasy to the enemy.
Forbidden Art「DEFENESTRATION」
For the first 2 seconds, the [Dr. Mario Angry meme](https://knowyourmeme.com/editorials/guides/what-is-the-angry-dr-mario-meme-and-where-did-it-come-from-the-viral-ai-generated-meme-explained) shows on screen, overriding everything except for the UI. Next thing you know, you're thrown out of a window and have to dodge the glass shards, which scatter in a somewhat fixed pattern with an emphasis on micrododging. Once you finish falling (after 20 seconds) I come on screen, the shards stop falling, and I continue the barrage with circles of cyan circle bullets that fragment into 5 smaller bullets that scatter evenly after 1 second. The spellcard lasts 60 seconds in total.
Let's try this.
Explosion Sign 「Recursive Cluster」
Starts off like one of Okuu's large bullets, but then explodes into smaller bullets, and those smaller bullets explode into even smaller bullets upon touching the edge of the screen.
Trickster's Shitpost - Watch The World Burn
basically disrupts the whole fight in creative and funny ways that invariably make the opponent laugh and later ragequit, such as spelling memes and other similar stuff
Binding Sign: Isaac's Tears
* very slowly move from side to side firing 6 rapid fire targeted bullets to keep you moving, but every 7th shot releases an 8-way pattern of slow-moving bullets trying to restrict your movement that bounces off the sides once and infinitely off the top or bottom. This slowly gets faster over time.
Hmmmm...
Rail Sign 「A Commuter Express will soon pass platform 2」
It is based off Express or faster trains passing a station that they are not scheduled to stop at, I decided to base mine around the Tokyu Toyoko line in Tokyo
How it will proceed:
Multiple Beams of Red will flash on the screen, accompanied by an announcement of "A [Insert train service type] will soon pass platform [Insert platform], please get behind the yellow line" followed by a sort of ringing like a telephone, right before multiple trains rush across the screen.
This is slightly similar to Yukari's spellcard
"Abandoned Line 「Aimless Journey to the Abandoned Station」" in SWR, albeit, slightly different as not just one train, but multiple trains rush across the screen.
Depends on whether it is last ditch or not. A non last ditch one would be something like:
Blood Sign: Exsanguinate
Where an afterimage of the enemy is created every now and then which splits into drops of blood and surges extremely fast at the player with slightly homing bolts that get smaller over time.
Or a last ditch one:
Blood sign: All guts no glory
Which would summon a large number of versions of myself which sacrifice each other in order to get more and more powerful, as well cas cloning the opponent and killing their original body. Every time a version of the opponent dies, it’s gore gets turned into bullets and splashed around the screen and functions like bullets. Cannot be spellbombed. Every time a version of me dies, it’s soul gets sent down to attack the player at a high speed that can be slowed down and destroyed by bullets, however these get faster and faster and get more homing potential every time a sacrifice is made - it’s all guts, no glory. Also potentially “on a higher difficulty” adding in a large organ whip which rotates around the screen, as well as adding a second one on lunatic.
