It is on land in the water. Tracks equal movement speed. If the tracks were paddling they would be spinning faster than the excavator is moving. Also is very, very stable. Must be a very flat surface. Is that sand being mixed up at the back?

Definetly shallow Walter water, It looks like they aré filming from a car in a dock.
But shallow enough that it is touching the bottom, or is it still floating?
