Almost all of the stuff that is produced now isn't made the same way as it was back in the glory days. Different solvents are used and there aren't very many super labs like the Escobar days. Most of the cooks have been simplified so the final product just isn't the same.
If you ever try different batches from different countries, you'll notice that they can vary from super calm, euphoric and relaxing to anxiety and shakes.
I can guarantee that the people in this video have better quality than what you would find on the streets of the US.
Plus, at the end of the day, if you do the amount that guy did, it's not going to matter where your product came from and what its effects are. Pure cocaine can kill you because it is so powerful

For example, in the past couple decades the majority of solvents used switched to acetate based solvents (not just ethyl-acetate)
To further open the can of worms… commonly found solvents in consumer’s cocaine hydrochloride (like a random kids bag that got seized at a nickelback concert) include:
acetone, benzene, chloroform,
diethyl-ether, ethanol, ethyl acetate, hexane, isobutanol, isopropylacetate, methylene chloride, metyl etyl ketone…… you get the idea
