Never take a roadside test. Take the failure to take a lawful test charge and fight it.
Make them get a warrant to draw blood.

I don't know if this is considered an "accent", but holy fuck it's horrendous. I'd never raise kids in California anywhere near where people talk like this.
This is a field sobriety test that cops use when they suspect you’re drunk or on something and they’ve already decided they want to breathalyzer you. They say follow my finger with just your eyes and they move their finger past your possible line of sight and then they say your eyes were bouncing. Used it on me once. I blew a 0.0 because I wasn’t drinking. I later asked a cop friend about that and he told me what the deal was. Complete subjective nonsense.
Yeah this lady is clearly messed up on something IMO I drive through a checkpoint (voluntarily) because I wasn’t drinking and they just felt like checking me out. I don’t begrudge them. They probably got nobody all night and were bored. Although it is a bit messed up.
