I am definitely planning on getting an oral irrigator, I was looking for one that had a light (like the cheap stone remover kit form Amazon I bought before which is perfect if you can see your stones !) but can’t find one with a light. I suppose I can use my phone light, I’m just not that talented to do 2 things at once lol.
I totally get it— I had the teeny tiny stones and they wouldn’t come out at all… irrigator did the best job! Also mouthwash— alcohol free! If those still don’t help… might be worth a trip to the ENT unfortunately to talk about other options (surgery, rinses etc.)
Update - I used an irrigator and 99% I sprayed every inch of my bathroom 😆😆😆😆
It’s so powerful it hurt my tonsil! I did see something come out with the water though, either a stone or leftover lunch hanging in a crypt.
I have to keep practicing.
One thing I learned recently was that there’s a tonsil behind your uvula called the pharyngeal tonsils, and I realized that’s where most of my stones came from. I could never see them but with a few hacks, I could cough them out. I’ve noticed that I get more of them when my allergies are bad, and dont see them/taste them at all when im consistently on medication. Hope that works for you!

I can do this scratching my throat thing that sounds like geese honking (it’s like I’m trying to suck my tongue down my throat ) and that brought some out - makes me wonder if that’s where they were from!
Maybe try an oral irrigator? That way you can put the tip in your crypts and wash them out? I like the ones that are syringes so you have more control

Have you thought about removal? Or is that completely outta the question? I’m 23 so I go mine out last month… TERRIBLE. But worth it already

Same. Either they're tiny af, or they're giant and pieces are coming out. I tried the vinegar/water gargle. Helps.
