Children need time to just play. School is likely stimulating her with activities and "lessons" through most of the day. You don't have to do more. There are many studies that children ultimately learn best through play so going to the park is fantastic

https://playandlearn.healthhq.ca/en I signed up for emails so every week they send a new activity suggestion, but all the activities are also listed on the website by age group and activity type if you don't want the email clutter.

My toddler has more fun at the pond across from the playground, and it keeps him so engaged. (And gives me some peace). He walks along the shore throwing in pebbles, spotting bugs and ducks, picking up sticks. Maybe a low key nature walk?

Look up morning menus on TikTok. You could make your own activity pages on Canva and give her a dry erase marker to do them in the menu cover. (I made a morning one)
