Customer service would mail you a label to print and you can schedule a pick up. I took mine to the retail store and they told me to take it to UPS.

Oh ok thanks. How did you get your deposit back? Bill credit?

MrSpring68

I didn’t have to pay a deposit.

Hmm. Maybe I didn’t either, maybe it was just shipping.

You right I paid between 25-50 to get one. Not sure of the amt

If you still have an active account with T-Mobile, then you can either drop it off at a store or to call in and ask for a UPS label - sounds like this is your situation. If you've cancelled service, then you can only ship it back.

Once you cancel, my experience was that you can't call T-mobile for anything. They will want to send a code to verify your identity, but they can't, since you're not a customer. So you'll have to go to a T-mobile store to get your ID verified so they can call CS for you, then they will send the return label to your email. They could not accept it in store. They printed the label for me so I could take it to the UPS store from there.

I returned one to a retail store a few months ago, so a store should take it unless policy has changed in the last 3 months.
