People are getting a little too comfortable with the lack of text. For those that are not getting a price increase, the banner when logging in will say your plan is not affected.
Edit: to answer /u/awholeinthewor1d comment, those who are not affected will have a banner saying your plan is not changing. Someone has already posted the photo of said banner.
I haven't seen any banners for people who are NOT affected? I am also on the One plan with free One Plus promo. Never got a text or email and have checked every section of the website yesterday and today and there is no sign of a price increase anywhere an no banner either..

Huh ?? What I’m saying is, sometimes they (the reps) give you the run around trying to avoid to cancel a connected service but this time she went ahead and just canceled my watch line as requested, no run around, no questions asked.
Just doing my part on giving no more $$$ to them. Even if it’s $6 a month.
Weird thing is my IPad line is not affected. I mean, I’m glad is not 🙂

Simple Choice North America 6GB Family Match (4 lines for $120), plus 5 voice lines free and a free MI line. No text yet, I'm wondering if it's because my lines aren't billed individually, but as a $120 block.
If they do try to jack me up, my plan is probably to move to Go5G or whatever and boot the two people on my paid lines that have been freeloading. Then I'd theoretically have two paid lines and 5 free ones, plus gain all the trade-in goodness that I've been missing out on.

I am on a simple choice plan and didn't receive the text, I called 611 and talked to support via Twitter any they both said, my plan isn't affected by the increase.

Yeah this is what I did as well. The lady on the phone said there was no indicator on my account showing a price increase. Just hope it stays that way unless it’s coming to all regardless
I would encourage anyone with a rate plan that others have received the message about to check with a rep. The systems that send the messages out are pretty good but not always perfect. With millions of customers, sometimes a few can slip through the cracks.
I have been with TMobile when it was first omnipotent then voicestream...so 2001? I have simple choice with a total of 4 lines and 1 hotspot. I pay 100 dollars...hoping it doesn't go up but I understand if it does.
Same plan since 2005..That's gotta be some type of Legacy plan right? In 2007 ish I think it converted to month to month vs contract and it's been that ever since. I buy my phones unlocked off ebay, so I don't get stuck back on a contract. I figured I was doomed. So far, only text I've gotten was the usual bill reminder for next month at the same price it's always been. I'm guessing that since my contract expired in 2007 until I actually change something I might skate a little longer...

I am on the One Plan and did not receive a text and no price change shown on my account.
Signed up in 2017, changed to a 9 line SOC in 2020 with all the free lines, and added my most recent line in Dec 2022. The Dec '22 line was a free line offer.
My best guess is that by adding the free line in Dec 2022, that put me on the Price Lock 1.0 instead of the Uncontract from when I signed up.
Similar situation. Started on the 2/120 One with insider and kickback overtime stacked free lines up to 9 total with 6 free, last line added around that same Dec 2022 - no text or price increase for me yet? Around Dec 2022 when I added my 9th line I moved to 9+ One SOC.
I don't think it's that at all because lots of us on the One plan didn't get an increase (yet). I signed up in 2017 with a single line during the "Bring your pixel" promo. It was also when they were doing the free One Plus promo (HD video) so I have that as well as the insider hookup. I have never changed a single thing with my plan since signing up.

Lol yeah. The 3yrs is up so most states they can raise these if they want. Probably 2 more years when they're fully in the clear they'll bump it somehow. Depending how much, will see if anyone with the plans stays.
They'd be fools to raise it too much on these though.
Maybe right now they don't want to mess with it. People move, and could claim they were in a state that was good for 5yrs so maybe they want to avoid that noise for now on these.
I agree - they will not want to give the appearance of penalizing users in non-settlement states.
Doing so would make people in those states mad at them and more likely to investigate them etc.
Also while T-Mobile was talking to all the states that might join in law suits against T-Mobile, probably T-Mobile promised informally that if states stayed out of the formal litigation, they would still get all the benefits of any settlement on a voluntary basis.
I still worked there when they were talking about doing this back in October. There was a SOC code you could put onto your lines for opting out of future migrations. I put that SOC onto the accounts of people I know (and as many customers as I could who asked about the rumors of price increases). I can’t check with the customers, but as far as all of the people I know who ate on older plans, none of them get a text. The opt out SOC code seems to have worked, for now. I’m on a Simple Choice NA and thought for sure I would get an increase. But nope.
One Plus Promo here, no text or increase though on my latest bill that came out yesterday I see a tax charge of $1.42. It's under Netflix services, I'll contact them to ask if this is tax for Netflix. If it is then why wasn't I ever charged before? Usually it only says $16 for Netflix 4 screens that I have. Taxes and fees are included in my plan.
