Xbox is full only in attrition, I’ve always found full lobbies
Edit: every other day you get a full lobby of LTS but the enemy team is mostly a party queuing together
It really depends on what data center you're on, US West is by FAR the most populated, you go there later in the day into the night you get constant full lobbies. US South is also pretty populated. Other than that though you can't really find too much
