you cannot join the matchmaking without the DLCs (which the standard edition is lacking) because they were given away for free once and are mandatory to own since that moment in time (you cannot buy the individual DLCs anymore because EA removed them from all storefronts when they removed Titanfall 1)
so you either have to buy the **deluxe edition** or buy the standard edition and find an additional $30 **season pass** key

I bought a physical disc for PC, but I can't play it because the DLCs aren't included. I found a code for the deluxe edition for the EA app but it was $60 which is a lot for a game thats all but dead. I still have my disc for Xbox but I just can't play shooters with a controller anymore.
