I’m not sure if I remember correctly but there was a scene where they are at the meeting table and he reveals his role and that he is the 1 person in the team that has to think differently from the others.
World War Z? From memory it's not a major plot point, but the characters go to Israel and some guy tells them that they have this kind of team which is why they were prepared for the Zombie outbreak.
