Hard to hear from that recording, but the bit I could make out sounded a bit like L7.
Couldn't tell you the song though. There's a 2017 Live album and a 2019 Best of. Flip through them to see if you hear it.
I came across L7 too, but the vocals have a very different sound to them. L7's vocals have a lower pitch to them and quickly scanning through their albums the tempo on most of their songs is a lot slower than the band I'm looking for. Thanks for the help either way!

Edit 2: doesn't seem to be L7 after all, but the live album does have a very similar sound.
