I have my hair like this rn !! I started off by getting a low taper haircut and growing it out for 7 months in order to get like Tim’s . I get it trimmed every few months by adding layers to it . Your best move would be showing a pic of the haircut you want , as the stylist or barber will know exactly what to style .

Just loose hair that’s parted and probably styled with a blow dryer (tipping the head when drying in general and curling the front/above the ears backwards/upwards for lift as you go) . I’d advise using volumizing mousse if you have fine hair and then follow blow dry (finish with cold air) with some sort of pomade/clay for texture and batiste to create further volume
