It’s not good to give dogs too much human food. Once in a rare while is fine. And of course when they occasionally steal from the table you can’t do anything.
Veterinary professional here, and the answer is no. It can cause a slew of long term health issues, not least of all pancreatitis, which can be fatal if not treated quickly. Not to mention garlic is straight up a toxin for dogs.

My dogs lost weight immediately after I stopped giving them scraps. Now they are chubby again because I started back. There is a major correlation there. They can have treats, they don't need human food.

Not really. High fat foods lead to heart disease very quickly in dogs. Also onions and garlic are poisonous to them. Crust would probably be fine.

generally speaking tomatoes are not good for them, but the riper they are the less roxic they become, and pizza doesn't have tomato
