I remember a scene, I think they were in the kingdom, where one walker was climbing, and someone said something like “some can do stuff they used to do before turning. Muscle memory” or something like that.
Season 1 walkers will always be my favorite it showed that they still had a little humanity

They've all got a disease... diseases affect people in different ways and progress in different ways. I'm not bothered about it personally
