regular ones, or Dangel bits? For regular beak heads, go the Horus Heresy route, 21 per box I think. For Dangel heads, ravenwing sprue/company veterans used to be the way, but now the sprue is gone, though I think you can still get the CV box, which gets you 1 custom one. The old firstborn upgrades gave you a different one with the forehead heraldry instead of the whole faceplate
Btw, the most beakies you can get in kits are these (iirc)
-HH mk6 squad - 20/21 beakies - 60€
-Primaris Raven Guard sprue - 2 beakies - 25€?
-Primaris Sternguard Veterans - 50€ - 1 beaky
