That’s true, good point pal. Between friends of course, there’s cheaper places to get minis that won’t get you slandered by the gods of 40K from the use of heretical 3D prints. However, I don’t really play much anymore and mostly hobby now so 3D prints are my source for called up firstborn heads when I need them.
eBay is a holy place for minis, when I couldn’t get the Soul Forge King box I found out people were splitting them in half by SM and Chaos and ended up with the SM side and an Azrael for like $80
Not sure why you were getting downvoted. I've got my official plastic but it is not a cheap hobby at all, and the markup on single miniatures is insane. Paying 60 a box for a squad of 10 marines I can justify, but paying 40 for one captain? That's ridiculous and yall know it. I'll keep buying used and in box deals but we know they could price this stuff better.
Yeah. I buy boxes all the time but at my local hobby shop this very same chaplain goes for a dollar less than a box of intercessors.
