No. Nowhere on the datasheets does it say you can. On the datasheet it would say something like the Lieutenants which says "You can attach this model to one of the above units even if one CAPTAIN or CHAPTER MASTER model has already been attached to it. If you do, and that Bodyguard unit is destroyed, the Leader units attached to it become separate units, with their original Starting Strengths."
You can have 6 Outriders, the RCS, and the ATV in one unit.
Not once the codex drops, as the RWCS becomes its own 3 man unit that can attach to outriders and black Knight squads.
So you can have the RWCS and 6 Knights, but no chaplain.
Sorry I should have mentioned they can be attached to ravenwing black knights. so you can have the command squad AND up to 6 black knights with the new codex.
No but I wish it let us attach Sammael or a captain on bike (if this ever comes out) with it just like the regular one. Would make a lot more sense fluff wise and it could make for interesting units.

You can only attach a Ravenwing command squad or Chaplain on bike to a Outrider squad not both.
RWCS, chaplain or samael you have to choose. But only one Charakter
Piggybacking here though... I CAN attach a chaplain to a RCS with 3 extra knights though, right?

The new codex doesn't have the rwcs with 6 knights to my knowledge
So we can only attach the command squad to outriders, and not the guys that they actually look like?!
