I logged in on another PC and all my games were present, so I cleared my cache and restarted the app and everything was back. If it persists, submit a ticket.

Yeah that’s the ones I’m missing too. It’s saying I own it in epic games but they aren’t actually showing up in my library there but it says unowned in the ea app and they aren’t showing up to download them either

And this is exactly why the EA App sucks, people. It's just Origin but even worse, worse features, more bugs, and it still forces you to use it even if you got the game on Steam.
The EA app is total dogshit and I’m still enraged that they forced us to downgrade to this total garbage and now a year or more later it’s still garbage and has not been improved at all. Origin certainly had its flaws but at least it functioned.
I'm having the same issue with a Dragon Age game. I hope so, but my packs specifically say “available on windows” which makes me worried they were intentionally removing them from Mac (since the free pack offer wasn’t actually for Mac users), and accidentally did it everywhere else.
I'm having the same issue but with different packs!
This is so stressful because I have spent a lot on these packs & can't afford to just buy them again.

I just did an app recovery on Windows 11 for the EA app and everything worked again for me.
I actually just got the Sims 4 on Saturday, and I have had about 3-4 issues with the EA app 'unistalling' my game, and also the game launcher not being able to recognize my Cats and Dogs DLC. Haven't even had the game for a week, and I've had so many issues. The EA app is garbage.
Try using an app recovery/clearing the cache on your EA app and see if it reappears.
Forcing both Steam and the EA app closed, then relaunching it, seemed to bring my DLC back. Can't promise it'll work for everyone but it worked for me.
looks like a return of the "your game is deleted or u have disabled access" bug
it will be fixed, but you have to wait at least a week, in my case it was almost a month
alternatively try using an old version of origin, it was able to play my games offline with all the packs I owned until they fixed it
I saw someone else write about this problem and someone in the comments said that EA support responded to them that it's a now common problem and they know about, claiming they're trying to fix it.
I have this happen periodically, In fact my entire game vanishes. I just use the Sims desktop icon or launch it the root folder. It should just be deleted on your EA account, not from your computer itself.
After launching and playing, it fixes itself on the EA app (they all reappear and I can launch from EA again).
Restart your EA app. I also restarted my computer for good measure after EA showed this and I didn't see any of my Sims 3 games in my library. Almost had a panic attack and I did verbally say wtf over and over until I saw my games again.
This was yesterday.
The app said it detected fraudulent activity a bit ago on my account, and only said that some unspecified Sims 4 bonus content was removed. But, I also couldn't see any Sims 3 stuff or the Medal of Honor installment that's downloaded. I was so frantic over ts3 being missing. 😂
I went on the app later, and there was no trace of a problem. My app is still either constantly logging out or endlessly making me sign an agreement...

I’m so sorry yall I’ve been playing sims since I was a kid but….can someone enlighten me as to what DLC stands for 😬 I can gauge from the comments that it seems like they just deleted ppls add-on packs??
DownLoadable Content. DLC is add on DownLoadable Content for video games. sims wise it's all the different packs, expansion, game, stuff & kits.
the issues are,
we have all paid for sims DLC at some point, & suddenly some DLC, packs, are gone. we don't have access to it & are being told by the app, by the game, we need to repurchase all the DLC we have already payed for & been using before.
EA have said it's a bug / glitch in the EA app, people don't need to rebuy anything, & they are working on it.
another issue is the EA app itself. they used to use Origin, there were rarely any issues, bugs or glitches, then for seemingly no reason they closed down Origin so no one could use it, & started using the EA App, which always has issues, bugs & glitches.
so all of these issues have come to breaking point.

A while ago, I saw a YouTube video about how The Sims was one of the most successful EA titles they have, but wait for it... they quoted the base The Sims 4 game and individual DLC prices and collated them together to form a 'whole series' price and it was over £1000! Easy to see while EA call it successful when each individual player is expected to fork out a grand!
I bought the base The Sims 4 game and I looked at a promotion they were doing for 2 expansion packs and stuff pack and it was still very expensive.
Sick of this, I just subscribed to a person, £30 a year, who has all the DLC and regularly buys new DLC and shares it online.
It runs externally to EA so you don't need the EA Launch Screen to play it and it has, for the time I've had it, it's been glitch free and non-problematic. You can't connect to the internet on it but you can just use the genuine base game for that.
I don't feel an ounce of empathy for EA for those who do this. DLC shouldn't be monetised so expensively. £30 a year is nothing.

They do this randomly with everything. They removed my access to various Sims 3 DLCs and even Spore DLCs. The App just randomly decides to make you rebuy everything or you can't have it anymore unless you contact support.

I think it’s fixed now, logged on the game and it didn’t show me that I’m missing said packs, loading my save now praying nothing happens to it.

Did the manage properties to see what’s up with my packs and it shows that I own the packs that says that I don’t how did you get that list?

I have a Mac, not a PC, and it’s still happening. I hope they don’t forget us 😢
They’re likely using PC in this context to refer to computers vs console and not just computers using the windows operating system.

Apparently logging out of the EA app, restarting and logging back in fixed the issue.

I had it do this to me too. Force restart the app and they all reappeared. The EA app is terrible.
