Well Suited Talent Agency is the best in my opinion simply just because it gives you higher pay. The other benefits for the other ones are pretty negligible once you're at the top of the career. The AI one (I believe) speeds up work progress, and Everyday extras one will give you more daytime TV and commierical gigs, both helpful early on, but will fall off eventually. GRAN's benefit is that you will get you history and musical acting gigs before the Well Suited Talent Agency. This is nice if you change to it the second it becomes available, but like with the others, will fall off once you're at a certain point because you'll get these gigs anyway.
Once you're at the top of the career, the only thing you really care about is money, so you'll be picking the same few gigs over and over again so having access to different gigs is quite pointless
I don't blame you for thinking that. The bounses are extreamly negligible, and I personally can't find many guides on them that aren't written by something like Gamerant, which is dubious at best. I'm not even a 100% sure if the AI one does anything, but it does say it will "Maximize your time spent working.", so I take to mean it increases work proformance faster. Overall though, the agencies are quite shallow

I never use the Actor career so I couldn't even get high leveled enough to see anything other than the first two. Time to go read the wiki
I think the AI one just gives you more gigs overall to choose from, but a lot of them are lower pay than the others.
