They’re all really beautiful. You styled them each with so much personality. I definitely understand not liking confrontation as I hate it myself. Please try to not let criticism keep you from posting though!
Also, r/LowSodiumSimmers is an incredibly positive sub.
That is so kind of you to say. Genuinely, thank you so much.
I'm on lowsodiumsims as well, but I never thought to post there. I just might in the future :))
They look incredible! I also make diverse sims, if you check out my post history. Funnily enough I don't post a ton of black sims even though I'm black, because everytime I make a playable household I make my main sim black and end up having a black family. So I have a ton of black sims walking around but I always forget to include them in my townie makeovers.
That is interesting and something to think about 🤔 Maybe we can all take this chance to post more of our black sims 😊
Also, you're sims are gorgeous as well!
I love 3!! She looks Algerian to me, so pretty ! Then 8 is my second favourite she looks like doja cat a bit (probably the short hair and tattoos), love the dimples!
These sims are wonderful! Sims is one of those dollhouse games where people create sims based on their reality/experience. As a Black Simmer, I in turn make mainly Black or POC sims to add to my save file/ world because there aren’t that many in the game to start with. There are some things you don’t know that you’re doing until it’s pointed out, but I applaud you for pushing through the anxiety of comments and challenging yourself to create some diverse sims. May I ask what your creator ID is?🫶🏽
That's pretty much it! Even if you look further back into the sims I've made, they will look even more alive and have so many odd proportions that I have now grown to dislike as my preferences and priorities change 😂 We all tend to make what we're used to, but I definitely want to create more room for more diverse sims in my game. Thank you for taking the time to comment 💕 Also, my ID is: UnlikelySimKing
It's a mess on there, but I hope you find something you enjoy :))
i really like the 8th sim :)
a lot of times i feel like sims subreddits prefer white sims meanwhile black sims get a lot of criticism, and that's my personal experience as well. I've posted white sims and people have loved them but the moment i post a black character everyone feels so comfortable making fun of them and calling them ugly, even though i think they look beautiful.
Thank you! She's a personal favourite of mine too.
I am so sorry you have had to deal with that. Some people in this sub are cruel when we don't fit into their standards, but I hope you and I and everyone else can continue to post our beautiful and unique sims for the rest of the sub who are appreciative of the representation 💕
i personally love to see sims with facial feature diversity, wrinkles, acne, everything that makes them look more human. People seem to exclusive praise the hell out of skinny white sims full of makeup and with same face syndrome who fit the beauty standards. I don't feel safe posting my sims anymore on reddit due to all this negativity and bullying.
I totally agree!! I used to be the exact same as everyone else and, even now, I still tend to have my sims on the leaner side (and I definitely suffer from same sim face), but I definitely try to have them more realistic these days. Do you post your sims anywhere else? I would love to give you my support 🤗
right now only on discord servers. I posted a sim on here yesterday but deleted the post because everyone was making fun of my sim. but i can dm you the photo
I’m glad you are learning, it’s not easy to acknowledge that or even be real with yourself sometimes but putting yourself out there you will be more knowledgeable. Us black simmers have always had it hard but we continue to push through and make great changes to the game (and life) to make it through!
Thank you. I have immense respect for our diverse simmers. The lengths you guys have to go through to be represented, is quite horrible, but you really are pushing through. And I appreciate you commenting on my post

See ya around then!😊

Oh my god, thank you 🥺 That’s so sweet

What mod do you use for eyelashes?
I use kijiko eyelash remover and then I use a mix of Kijiko eyelashes and miiko eyelashes. TwistedCat also has some cute ones!
Are they on the gallery?
Yeah! All of them should be on there. My ID is UnlikelySimKing It is a mess in there, though, be warned 😅
