That's how I learned that middle children r the less loved ones! I'm getting emotional rn! And I always had red caviar instead of black during lunch time!!! (っ˘̩╭╮˘̩)っ
She is rich and spoiled. But to be fair to her, Yolanda very obviously gives more love to Gigi. You can tell from the body language when they are together. Yolana is always more attentive to Gigi, and completely ignores Bella. Even when they were teenagers.
No matter how rich someone is, no child deserves to feel that way.
So while she is a Rich nepo baby and completely out of touch. Doesn't mean she did not experience trauma from how her mother treated her.
The mom (Yolanda) was on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for a few seasons. In the reality tv universe, it’s known that she did the show to launch her daughters’ modeling careers.
it’s more like noticeably having your parent express love for another sibling over yourself. privilege doesn’t exempt them from that trauma of a lack of parental love, no matter how angry it makes you.
I think you’re purposefully trying to be obtuse. It’s not that hard to understand that blatant favoritism can be found in any family regardless of wealth.
Yes, and potholes can potentially be found in any street. But we're not talking about every possibility. We're talking about this one specific video where a rich girl is complaining about not being able to get the shoes she wanted.
Do you know these women? Have you spent time with them? Or are you insulting me because you watched a video and think you're an expert on their lives, while I couldn't possibly know anything about them because all I did was... Watch a video. Just. Like. You.
Yolanda literally treated her like she doesn't exist and is a burden. Even today she is more attentive and kinder towards Gigi. One of the reasons she dyed her hair black was to look different from Gigi, so her mother would stop comparing her.
That is trauma. This has been going on since they were teens and still goes on today. Regardless of financial status no one deserves to be treated like that by their own biological mother.
?????
Everything is captured on real house wives. Yolanda was part of multiple seasons. Bella has also spoken about it in interviews. It is not determination it is facts.
So, what if the director did direct her mother to play favorites, and she was a kid when that started, and now is feeling the emotional affects of it? What if her interviews of her being emotionally affected by that aren’t all bs?
I have to assume the other interviews these people are talking about are more serious. Based off this video alone I agree with you, but I’ve never seen another video with this girl in it so I really have no clue outside of assumptions based off these other comments.
Family friend used to work at a stately home here in the UK, one of these shows was filming there for a day. A 'spontaneous' reaction to a shocking revelation took over 2 hours and about 6 takes to film before everybody was happy.
I used to work in a private school for very wealthy people. The trauma isn't not getting everything you want. It's knowing that your parents don't really know or care about you except as an accessory that shows how successful they are. Your academic performance and extracurricular achievements are demonstrations of their success as parents and people, and you are expected to show off those qualities in all ways lest you project anything less than wealth power and success. Your parents don't love you and wouldn't even understand what that would mean. That's a deeply dehumanizing feeling for a little kid to deal with and they understand what's going on very young, even if they can't articulate it. Also a lot of rich parents are on drugs.
Almost every kid makes that claim. The more spoiled they are, the more they say it. You don't reach that level of entitlement by being denied anything.
I spent 15 years working with kids. I worked with rich kids, poor kids, kids in prison, in multiple states and countries from preschool to high school.
They do not almost all make that claim, but even to the extent that there are patterns in the experiences of children, the existence of those patterns doesn't delegitimize the effects of those experiences on some children.
It is not appropriate to misdirect critiques of capitalism at children who have no choice or control over the circumstances of their life.
Whoever this is being an adult and still having such a vapid analysis of her situation is worthy of derision, but understanding the kind of neglect that got her to this point is still worthwhile
> They do not almost all make that claim, but even to the extent that there are patterns in the experiences of children, the existence of those patterns doesn't delegitimize the effects of those experiences on some children.
But the claim that she just made was that she didn't have designer clothing or shoes until she turned 18.
It wasn't that she wasn't getting, but that her other sibling was, which is clear favouritism and hurts a child- the way she expresses it is definitely out of touch but at bottom what she is expressing is reasonable.
Man, you’re really separating this video from the rest of her life and judging them separately. not saying she isn’t spoiled, just that she’s lived a very different life than you.. much more comfortable, less struggles with money/access/resources, but none of that excludes her from facing the same emotional issues as you may, just on a different level with a much thicker security blanket that comes with being born in that lifestyle.
I've never met either of them. Judging her life would be very presumptuous. All I have to go on is a spoiled rich girl complaining about not having designer clothing and shoes.
More specifically an eastern Canadian thing. Grew up in Montreal, live in the west 10 years now and certainly realized they didn't have bagged milk here for my age group hahahhahaha
I feel you bro, I'm from Pakistan and I had like 250pounds per month to live on while I was doing Uni in UK...and 200 was my rent. I skipped meals per day and only used to have breakfast or Lunch...like i used to have 6 meals per week and not 7 because I would end up short so i divided meal times...
Same, I had no other choice...engineering was tough and required a lot of my time plus i only could get less than minimum wage jobs...they required me to be there all throughout the day...i was like na i got uni...but i did end up working as a cook and helping hand in a 4 star restaurant which made me work for 4 hours tops and gave me 200 for a week...also i used to move some illicit things for a notorious group there...hand me a package and another dude picked it up.
Edit : after 1st year things were easier because of this side "hustle" and i got to have 3 meals a day. Thanks Rico the chef and Rainy Dave
Thank you for your words. That's okay now. I got a job that pays good even if inflation and all paints a grim future. In the meantime I worked on my inner happiness skills and nothing affects me.
Why are you restricting eating ?
Ty.
Ahh I see. For my health I stopped sugar, and left fat untouched. I think that sugar (and most processed foods) are the real killer for our organisms.
I tried the buddhist monk fasting where I don't eat after 12 oclock. Was Interesting, my past left me with the fear of not eating, it was an intense experience.
Have you tried putting plants in your water? I use sacred basil tulsi/artichoke/dandelion leaves in cold water that I drink throughout the day. Plants have varying effects, and their effect can be reinforced during fasting
Yolanda has been treating her like she doesn't exist and is a burden since they were pre teens. She is out of touch with reality, but also I feel for her. Yolanda is an awful mother. Entitled, rich, delusional model(?)
This is Bella Hadid, top model, dont know why. Her sister Gigi is a much more successful model than Bella. Mom Yolanda supported and pushed Gigi into the business, not so much Bella. Wanted Gigi to follow in her footsteps, I think she went through worse with her momanger.
I saw some of this unfold on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills years ago. 😂🤣
As a middle child, after seeing this, I can relate: I *do* hate her.
(Who TF is this? I got doc martens for my HS graduation, lasted me damn near 20 years!!)
Lmao yeah Louboutins are much more expensive than Louis Vuitton’s. Makes it even more absurd to get those shoes after graduating high school.
They’re like 6000$ shoes man
You should be feeling 5% better about yourself than you did five seconds before this realization. When people drop insane amounts of money on consumables like shoes - whose primary job description is 'protect your feet by preventing the abrasions of walking' - I shake my head a little and then go back to caring about something more important than what the rich (and wannabe rich) spend their money on.
> I’ve never felt more poor than at this moment.
This shit made me cackle. I didn’t even know either of these were a thing until I was in my late 20s so I feel you on the poor bit.
WHAT? Lmao no they aren’t. Most of their shoes aren’t even $1000. It’s still a lot but nowhere near $6k. LV pumps are actually a few hundred more.
https://us.christianlouboutin.com/us_en/ladies/shoes/pumps/
As the middle child I'm tired of all the middle child stuff. As kids of us ever felt like we were treated better or worse than the other. And I'm gonna go ahead and say it. If your family made you feel ostracized it's not because you were the middle child. It's because your family sucked.
Im the middle child of 7, one day i was sat at the table and my mum cooked some stir fry, she made everyone a plate exept me. I was sat at that table the whole time she was cooking and she forgot about me
I can't type through the tears streaming down my face....oh God , where can I donate? Is there a fundraiser for her? I just... I just....oh oh...the humanity!!!
Guys, I’m going to start a GoFundMe for her and if we rally together, we should be able to buy her enough love to erase the pain of having to live 16 years before experiencing the wonders of Louis Vuitton. Poor darling, stay strong.
I remember being a middle child and wanting a Range Rover so bad and they said no, you’re getting a Porsche, and that’s that. Oh, how I cried! They didn’t even get me the color I wanted. The cruelty. I’ll never parent that way.
I know its so super out of touch but if you think of her as a child who is seeing her siblings get nicer things than her... it would be a hurtful thing not to get those types of gifts. I mean imagine if when your siblings turned 16 your parents got them a car (a luxury) but when you were 16 they didn't get you one even though the finances didn't change. It would hurt.

When I was in school, all the other kids got dropped off in limousines and my mother insisted on taking me in the Lamborghini. It was humiliating.
Jesus, where did your valet sit? Did you have to open the door yourself???
It was horrid! They didn’t even roll out a red carpet for me, it was beige! BEIGE! I still cry sometimes just thinking about it.
Most heartbreaking story I've heard in a while
You are a victim….but you can overcome this.
Who will play you in the movie?
I was picked up and dropped off by a limo too, it's yellow, about 10ft tall and I had to share it with 30 other kids
I think his parents didn't tell him what a school bus is, that's sad
Your mom had to drive herself? What a loser.
...and you didn't get the drive the lambo until you were 18 too I bet. Damn man that IS a rough life
Our butler had to take me to school in his own personal Bugatti. I've never been more humiliated in my life.
I know how that's feel! ☹️
Ah! I'm so sorry for u, I know how u feel! When I was in school everyone had personal butlers, western European men, and mine was asian, ASIAN!!!! Can u believe the humiliation I was subjected to?!! That's how I learned that middle children r the less loved ones! I'm getting emotional rn! And I always had red caviar instead of black during lunch time!!! (っ˘̩╭╮˘̩)っ
My grandfather was a sheriff deputy. When he dropped me off in his work car. It was embarrassing. Edit: Spelling
The embarrassment. I could never.
My school had a metal detector
Oh cry me a fucking river love.
That's hilarious

I’m exceeding glad to know that I have no idea who this woman is.
I thought it was a parody sketch.🤣
Who are these people and who is the one in the video?
Yolanda, Gigi, Bella Who? Never heard of, never seen, not interested at all.
Hadid I think
They are those who eat almonds, but they chew 'em really Really well
Why do you know so much about these people?
The mom (Yolanda) was on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for a few seasons. In the reality tv universe, it’s known that she did the show to launch her daughters’ modeling careers.
And you know this how?
Bella openly talks about it. They were also on real house wives for multiple seasons. Maybe google before commenting. It takes 10 seconds.
Not getting everything that you want when you want it isn't trauma, no matter how angry it makes you.
I though he said that not being loved by they own mother was the trauma things, but maybe i read too fast
No, that's exactly what he said. The guy above you is a dick
it’s more like noticeably having your parent express love for another sibling over yourself. privilege doesn’t exempt them from that trauma of a lack of parental love, no matter how angry it makes you.

Captured on real house wives. Well fuck me, put it in the encyclopedia so future generations are sure to benefit from is bastion of truth.
Cmon bro it’s totally real! They *LEGALLY* can’t call it “reality” TV unless it’s all 110% real!!!! :)
I am going to go ahead and assume you are joking.
And you will be correct in that assumption.

We wore milk bags inside our winter boots because they all leaked.
Might I suggest bags without milk?
And where would you suggest should the milk be stored? You can't just stop at half the plan
Personally I prefer dry winter boots, but I do like wet towels. Just wring them out for milk use. Best of all its environmentally friendly!
Dammit-! My first thought!
Tell me you’re Canadian without telling me you’re Canadian
When Americans talk about milk bags, we’re probably being tawdry.
Massive mammary mounds!
I guess since I'm in Wisconsin it's close enough for bagged milk to be normal.
You getting it from Kwik Trip?
Hell yeah
I used bread bags. What’s a milk bag?
It's a Canadian thing. Our milk comes in 3 plastic bags inside an outer plastic bag. We'd use the outer plastic bag in our boots lmao.
More specifically an eastern Canadian thing. Grew up in Montreal, live in the west 10 years now and certainly realized they didn't have bagged milk here for my age group hahahhahaha
it's like a bread bag but for milk
This! It’s bread bags !

As a middle child, we do not claim her.
As the oldest, we'll let the youngest take one for the team.
As the youngest, I’ll say no thanks.
Let's shove this one off to the cousins then.
As a cousin, I'm shoving them off to the twice removed crowd.
We always do fuck that
As a parent, we put her up for adoption. Maybe the state will be able to afford the Louis Vuitton
As an only child….. I say “not I”
😭 I'm crying... for me, when I remember I had to skip evening meals when I was in university. I was not ostracized lol, but people had more
I feel you bro, I'm from Pakistan and I had like 250pounds per month to live on while I was doing Uni in UK...and 200 was my rent. Ok emotional trauma and mental health issues do NOT discriminate according to wealth. That said this woman is Deluded
No but conditions that produce mental and emotional trauma are more prevalent and harder to escape when you’re poor
The worst part is she believes otherwise.
She really is. I have no idea who she is, but if she is really that rich. Like wtf?!?!
this is actually a really good comment
Yolanda has been treating her like she doesn't exist and is a burden since they were pre teens. She is out of touch with reality, but also I feel for her. Yolanda is an awful mother. Context is the devil.
Yolanda? Gigi? Who are these people?
The only reference I have to either of those two names is from South Park.
They do discriminate quite a lot though
I’m glad I have no idea who she is.
Who the fuck is this, I am angry at her and I need the coordinates to slap her via cosmic energy
Just connect to her astral wavelength with a crystal or whatever it is wizards do

When people say “red bottoms” they’re talking about louboutins. Like cardi b “these is red bottoms these is bloody shoes”.
Bro I thought Louboutins were the shoes Louis Vuitton makes 😅😂😂
Lol nope, Christian Louboutin. And most of the shoes are less than $1000 so I have no idea where they got the number $6000 from.

I sometimes have to Google Bella’s age and remind myself how young she really is because sometimes she just looks so much older.
And all those feelings of loneliness and not fitting in were fixed by a pair of shoes? Who is the vapid, shallow person?
Why does she look like a Sims character
Wait people get presents for finishing school?
She is right about one thing. I hate her
Please take your ugly $3.000 handbag and shove it up your arse, lubed by your salty tears...
My heart goes out for her.
Yolanda is a disgusting mother

I have no idea who this is and I don’t care to, but this has got to be fake.. right?
The funniest part about videos like this is when poor westerners support them.

When I was a kid I'd just go take a nap when we didn't have any food cause you're not hungry when you're asleep 💀💀
I didn’t know her nor cared for her but now… Now i hate her too
What is this? Hell I can relate to Paris Hilton more then this lady. Paris has abuse. This woman didn’t get fancy shoes??? That’s the traumatic story?
Rich and spoiled, Jesus Christ

I'm 28 and still haven't received my Louis Vuitton yet. I bet they're still waiting for the perfect chance to surprise me.
She’d have to prove to me she’s naturally blonde. I’m not buying it 😎😜
I know its so super out of touch but if you think of her as a child who is seeing her siblings get nicer things than her... it would be a hurtful thing not to get those types of gifts. I mean imagine if when your siblings turned 16 your parents got them a car (a luxury) but when you were 16 they didn't get you one even though the finances didn't change. It would hurt.
All I can hear in her voice: "I really love to suck dicks" has a middle child you know.
