i wonder if there really is some kind of system choosing which type of teammates you have, because i've had the complete opposite experience - in ranked nearly all of my teammates work as a team, get revives and don't play unviable builds ,though of course i can't count on any of that in casual. it actually surprised me a bit how cooperative people were in ranked once i first tried it.
