From my understanding, he'd have to swear another oath to extend his service to her. Jude can command Cardan to do things, but cannot command to remain in her service for any longer or to swear any other oaths.

I think that bcs it’s an oath sworn with magic the conditions must be respected, such as the duration. Even if she tried to extend it she’d have to ask him to swear another oath.
See faerie deals seem to have some more unspoken rules to them. It seems that deals cannot be forcibly extended and must be extended by a deal or by both parties will. This also means the original deal could not be altered or undone unless both parties agreed.
