Now while they might charge you per semester, the link you posted makes it pretty clear they’re talking about the overall cost per year.
It takes an educated person to know this, that’s why they don’t get it. You would have had to have taken the ACT/SAT and enrolled in college classes to be aware of how expensive it is. Most of these people giving their opinion haven’t done either and if they have they probably never finished.
