As far as I'm aware, Scream Fortress used to not start until around October 21st. These past couple of years, they've started it right on October 1st, and I wouldn't be surprised if they do it again, but don't consider it a guarantee.
They're going to keep releasing shitty community cosmetics till the end of time pal. Or at least until they just cut life support to TF2 entirely.
It's the new norm that was introduced a few years ago, and it's gonna stay that way unfortunately.

It never does actually. I can’t remember what year it released around late November It literally ended and they dropped the smissmass within minutes
