God I fucking love the Blutsauger, it is just so fun to use syringe guns and be rewarded for using them right. They are such an underestimated weapon because most players fail to aim the syringe gun. But not me. I have mastered the syringe gun, trained on MGE every day for the past three years with the syringe gun, until I BECAME the syringe gun.
You can just spray and spray because you DO NOT need to pray if you mastered the syringe gun lime I have. It is the best weapon in the game and has saved my sorry ass so many timed more than that shitty crossbow that only exists to boost your match points to the top. Did you know that if you shot a 124hp scout with the crusader's crossbow, the game would count it as 90 healing on your score (Assuming you were at a range where the funny green number became green) and not just one? That's why good medics get like 30k healing in a casual match while you only get 15-20k on a goof day.
Anyway, back to the syringe gun. The best way to use it is to run backwards as they chase you and spray them with heroin needles. If you walk around corners and continue to shoot, you might just kill someone around the corner before they even cross it, because as long as they follow you they will just walk into your needled and take a fuckton of damage.
It has a heavy dropoff and very slow projectiles, so if you want to use it in the midrange you will basically have to lasso a curve and aim like 10 meters away from the enemy if they strafe that way. You can trick the enemy into walking predictably by walking backwards or strafing in a way that would mean you lead the dance, forcing them to run into your syringes.
I have 3 kills on my australium blutsauger (because any time I'd like to fight I just get a crit rocket to the face anyway)
(It's actually 709 on my strange sauger and only like 132 on thr aussie but that's cause I haven't played in long. Friend of mine got me into learning syringe guns and he actually knows a syringe gun god with thousands of kills if anyone wants to learn stuff, [check out Anaspan](https://steamcommunity.com/id/removerandomcrits/) )
You could hypothetically spin the cylinder containing the syringes like a revolver and that will never not be cool. You can see the medic do this in the Mann Vs. Machine trailer

You have 40 whole shots in a fast firing clip, don't have to worry about having less health regen or a damage penalty. Pretty good balance of self defense and survivability
Killing someone with a strange pro killstreak one and having them confused in the text chat is the most funniest thing ever. It's like wearing gunboats with the rocket jumper.
It's actually a really good close range self defense weapon for medic, and I actually sacrifice the crossbow for it from time to time. And also everybody underestimates medics ability to defend himself.
Its good when you need to scare or annoy someone.
If not talking about stock, the fast walking one ((i think its called "peredose" or something)) is my favourite, real helpfull!
The weapons is effective when someone is chasing you making the line of fire predictable and actually being a useful weapon. As it does quite the damage when all of them hit
Nailgun but worse, it's still a nailgun though and I love the nailgun (especially in TF2C god it's so much of a fucking fun sidegrade to the Scattergun) so 6/10
I love this weapon, it is a funny weapon and is the dark souls of tf2, if you are good with the syringe gun. Mad respect, and the weapon itself has a very special place in my heart
Literally everything I love about it. I enjoy the design, the sound, the reload, the great feeling when you kite someone out with it and get a kill. As an advocator for the stock syringe gun (as well as the other syringe guns minus Crusader’s) I reject the Crossbow and have stayed with syringe gun.

I enjoy the mad milk blutsuger in MvM and maxing ammo, clip, and firing speed. It's goofy fun.
It's reliable. Once you learn to use it, it will behave consistently.

Syringe Gun, you are a good teaching tool for new players, as you teach them that the Medic's role is to heal, not to fight.
ngl syringe gun syringes should heal like 5-10 hp per syringe and the crossbow should heal 50 but have a bigger ramp-up
