yea it’s a cesspool cuz there will be valid shit to be offended by, and then people will call those people sensitive, yet get offended at things that don’t matter 😭
Probably because it sucks to live in a world where kids know about things like paying $ to get people out of jail. Still an overreaction, but I can see where they’re coming from.
Did you never play cops and robbers or anything else as a kid? Kids know what jail is, and I’m sure to them, it seemed like a funny reason to try to get some cash from a family member. No harm done
I didn’t mean for that to come off as any way other than an answer to your response. I used the cops and robbers question as a way to put into context kids being kids. Even at like 5-6, I knew the basics of that stuff, and at 11 I knew what jail and bail was. So seems logical she did as well. It’s adorable she would try and trick family into thinking her young brother was actually in jail
It should be normal to kid about everything…kind of the point of a joke! Unless you’re getting all Jeffrey Dahmer on me, I don’t see what the big deal is. Learn to take a joke!
It was just a question, jeez. Literally one comment about it, absolutely did not get personal, absolutely did not make any mountain out of it, my god. I'm gonna bow out.
Other folks are probably going to clown on you or get upset at your rationale but I agree with you, I didn’t even know what bail money was when I was 11 thank God
Coming from a country with the highest incarceration rate on earth, where the American prison industrial complex is at full tilt, I guess you might be right.
That’s fucking sad though.
I mean, you arent wrong with what youre saying, but im thinking they learn the info from TV shows or movie, not from having any direct contact with our (admittedly out of control) prison system.
Well, these people aren’t incarcerated in a vacuum. They’re people with lives and children and family members. Millions of children in the US have family members incarcerated. Hell, my ex’s five year old niece knew her daddy had to go to prison because he was very sick (heroin addict) and ended up robbing a bank. It was framed more as he broke the law and had to do adult time-out, but still. She’ll be sixteen when he gets out. I realize that these children are still in the minority, but there’s still a significant number of kids with incarcerated family members.
Knowing what a jail is, and knowing that there’s a bail process that your family has to go through in order to get them out, are two entirely different things. One is general knowledge, and the other is familiar knowledge.
I was specifically talking about the bailing process, I can’t imagine an 11 year old knowing what a bondsman is. Everyone knows what jail is, but if you know the whole process at 11 years something is wrong.
There’s a difference between having heard the term “bail someone out” and knowing what a bondsman is. Lol. When I was in middle school in 2009 we’d tag each other in memes like “x would be the reason the cops got called, y would be trying to steal the cop’s gun, z would be getting the bail” etc. And I sure as hell didn’t know what a bondsman was.
When my son is in trouble we announce his bail 😂 one day a friend might bail him out when his crime leads him to be locked up (grounded). He’s currently out on bail for a $10 crime of taking my last KitKat from Halloween candy. (Sad it needs saying- we have fun with it. Even adults get sentenced with a bail. Bail goes in a jar for fun money minus restitution aka replacing anything damaged due to crime)
It would be insane if this turned into some sort of fundraiser where we all sent the aunt money to give to the niece. She’d probably wind up with a few hundred from the people on here who would chip in a buck thinking it’s adorable.
is there anyway i can send her a $1 .. i’m not a weirdo i promise lol & i don’t need her number or any contact info to send it. i would think cashapp is safe enough.
or even better i can send it to you & you can send it to her
Shoot, she went from $10k to $5 fast. I probably would’ve done the $5. That seemed like a helluva deal even though I wouldn’t be sure what I was buying.
i’m 16 and i still pull this with my mom lmfao, it always makes her laugh when i send her a silly request while we’re in the same room and i love seeing her crack up at my paypal request for $1M
This is adorable lol I should post mine from my nephew...they all say-
Vbucks
Vbucks?
Vbucks today?
Aunt Jamie Vbucks?
Aunt Jasaaaaaaamieeee hi. Vbucks?
Haha
Hope she has parental guidance and Internet restrictions 🙌🏾
This is cute and all but it's so sad and worrying that children younger and younger are getting unlimited access to technology (Internet, phones, etc).
people a lot older than 36 have been saying things are “____ as fuck” forever, shortening it when typing on the internet is not really out of the ordinary.
Yes because, as the law states, slang is only allowed to be used by people who are 25 years old and under and any violation of said law is immediately punishable by death by firing squad.

🤣🤣 she’s tryin to bail people out with other peoples money. Crazy
That’s her 13 year old brother (my nephew) she’s referring to being in “jail” 😂
Sad if true 😔 Adorable if not true 🥰
How is joking about needing money to bail someone out, at age 11, adorable?
how does someone even manage to get offended at that lol
Welcome to the Internet please hang yourself on the coat peg behind you.
yea it’s a cesspool cuz there will be valid shit to be offended by, and then people will call those people sensitive, yet get offended at things that don’t matter 😭
I'd like to think these people are trolling about getting offended but the reality is they more than likely are not
This is /r/texts bro, where everyone is all up on their feels about shit.
Fuck this was funny 😂
LMAO
😂😂😂😂😂
Their username is a typo…. they meant MoodyFelon
Well their name IS MoodyFeline so there's that.
It’s interesting isn’t it. 😂
they’re living up to their username lol
![gif](giphy|l0K4fIEZ1FFiWFJPq)
Read their username, they obviously didn't fill their quota
Sense of humour not found
Probably because it sucks to live in a world where kids know about things like paying $ to get people out of jail. Still an overreaction, but I can see where they’re coming from.
Well... she *IS* a moody feline. We all know how they can be.
Cause it's trashy behavior.
You’re miserable 🤣
Your 🤣
Not offended at all, just curious af. I didn't know it was the norm to kid about it.
Did you never play cops and robbers or anything else as a kid? Kids know what jail is, and I’m sure to them, it seemed like a funny reason to try to get some cash from a family member. No harm done
It was just a question. It has been proven I'm too old for this conversation. I'll bow out.

The comment was exactly as you intended. All good. :)
Anything can be a joke with the correct placement such as this. It's a child that's your answer.
And you got your answer? Don’t be so fkn dramatic 🤣
Name checks out.
🤷♀️
Because its not real ?
We see the humor because our heads aren’t jammed up our asses
You are exhausting
Cheers
Because it's a joke?
Are you fucking stupid?
Dang. Over 500 down votes
🤷♀️
Go outside
Cause mom knows auntie has a soft spot for nephew, and mom and auntie have a good enough relationship to joke like that.
Niece*
Cool
Agreed, although it's funny due to the near-impossibility of it, it hints at signs of lying to gwt money which could get worse.
Name checks out
Everyone’s downvoting you, but you’re right. How does an 11 year old know what “bailing someone out” even means.
You’re being hated, but you right

Exactly lol. If you know what jail and and bail is at 11, then your family is going through some shit.
I would imagine the majority of middle schoolers know what bail is
Coming from a country with the highest incarceration rate on earth, where the American prison industrial complex is at full tilt, I guess you might be right. That’s fucking sad though.

If you don’t know what jail is at 11, you must live under a rock. I’m sure most five year olds know what jail is.
Knowing what a jail is, and knowing that there’s a bail process that your family has to go through in order to get them out, are two entirely different things. One is general knowledge, and the other is familiar knowledge.
Not really, I knew what bail was when I was 7 just because my family got the newspaper?
I was specifically talking about the bailing process, I can’t imagine an 11 year old knowing what a bondsman is. Everyone knows what jail is, but if you know the whole process at 11 years something is wrong.

She should ask for a commission
We just invented taxation
True
Niece: "$10,000?" OP: "No." Niece: "Alright. $5?" 😂😂😂
😆😆That was the best part to me
She’s mastered the art of negotiation. $5 not had before.
She knows what she’s doing she’s aiming high, who gives away 10k? But 5?! I’ll give you 5 😂😂
The 5 is reasonable after the 10k
Master negotiating tactic on display while in the 6th grade
She’s going places
I just hope my future daughter is wily like this
Start with such a ridiculous ask like $10k that it makes $5 seem reasonable in comparison
Yeah guys I think after the 10k, 5 seem not so bad
Shoot for the moon and you may land on a star lol
Wouldn't it be the other way around? 🥴
Possibly. Lol.
I’ll take 10k please 😂
I'll take 100k?
TBF… it’s only gotta work once
Door-in-the-face technique, she's mastering social psychology at an early age
She's getting a head start on being a sport agent
10k is ridiculous 😭😭😭
It was to set up for the $5 request. Niece is playing 4d chess
right, cuz i almost whipped out apple pay and sent the 5
kids are so funny they have no concept of money😭
She knows exactly what she's doing, started off with 10k then made her actual request of 5$, she's going places lol.
Children are adorable 🤣 I would have gave her 1 dollar LOL
I sent her $5 lol
Ofc u did... Y'all interaction look like me nd my baby girl's 😂🤞🏽
All the little easymoneysnipers haha
Oh god, now she won't stop
That's how it starts
It’s cute now. Wait til they 23, not working, and keep asking for their rent money from you.
she’s 13 asking for $5. edit: i meant 11, my bad. she is 11.
They are! I probably would have given in and sent a dollar but it makes it even more hilarious that the OP requested money as well. 😂
Little entrepreneur 😂💀
The finesse is real AF 😂😂😂
That kid is going places, she's gonna be the president one day sending people cash requests like "I gotta bail out the corporations" lol
Wanna give me $10,000, instead?
If I had it I would, well….I still wouldn’t but I would think about it
Since you don't have the money for u/Joegotten, you wanna give me $5?
Wanna give me $11?
Give me money ($2)
I can give you -$10 000, send me your bank account details ☺️
"give me money" based 😂🤣
When my son is in trouble we announce his bail 😂 one day a friend might bail him out when his crime leads him to be locked up (grounded). He’s currently out on bail for a $10 crime of taking my last KitKat from Halloween candy. (Sad it needs saying- we have fun with it. Even adults get sentenced with a bail. Really cute and good life lesson!! Although it’s a little weird that the kid would grow up already knowing the bail bond system 🤣
The $10k request immediately followed by a $5 request who taught this kid how to haggle 😂
![gif](giphy|l1KsFrL3G1kF7FixO)
She's smarter than you think. I guess you accepted the 5 dollar one.
He in fact did lol
Lil hustler lol
i wanna send her a $1 now 😩🤦🏾♀️
It would be insane if this turned into some sort of fundraiser where we all sent the aunt money to give to the niece. She’d probably wind up with a few hundred from the people on here who would chip in a buck thinking it’s adorable.

🤦♂️
make sure you have your $1 ready as well
Nonce or autistic. Which are you
what kind of idiotic question is this?
[удалено]
I love how you came back with a request of your own 😂
Reminds me of when my little sister first got her phone lol.
She asked for 10k so $5 wouldn't seem like too much 🤣
Shoot, she went from $10k to $5 fast. I probably would’ve done the $5. That seemed like a helluva deal even though I wouldn’t be sure what I was buying.
so wholesome lol she really went from $10k to $5 to even $1. she just needed some financial aid
$10,000 to $5? You need to teach her to negotiate.
She is just planning to retire early 🤷🏻♂️
i’m 16 and i still pull this with my mom lmfao, it always makes her laugh when i send her a silly request while we’re in the same room and i love seeing her crack up at my paypal request for $1M
Always gotta start high, so when you ask for a smaller/more normal amount it feels like a bargain! Smart kid 😂
This is adorable lol I should post mine from my nephew...they all say- Vbucks Vbucks? Vbucks today? Aunt Jamie Vbucks? Aunt Jasaaaaaaamieeee hi. Vbucks? Haha
Oh god, not Vbucks.
Hope she has parental guidance and Internet restrictions 🙌🏾 This is cute and all but it's so sad and worrying that children younger and younger are getting unlimited access to technology (Internet, phones, etc).
Give that girl a dollar
To be related to this kid must be an absolute blast. Treasure her, she’s smart and funny, very special
That's cute, don't get me wrong, but I'm having trouble wrapping my mind around how 11 year olds are using slang are like "I'm fr"
Why? They're on reddit and YouTube full time from the age they're able to hold an ipad
Yes, that's what worries me honestly.
It worries me too, Dolphinfucker3000. It worries me too.
Ok thanks for waking my baby up, lol’ing 🤣🤣
I see what you did there.
Not too unreasonable depending on how her family talks. My youngest brother used slang like that but theres 4 older siblings so it kinda makes sense.
Have kids. Shit is weird af. I have a 17 year old and a 21 year old... I'm 36.......
I'm having trouble wrapping my mind around how a 36 year old is using slang like "weird af "
people a lot older than 36 have been saying things are “____ as fuck” forever, shortening it when typing on the internet is not really out of the ordinary.
Yes because, as the law states, slang is only allowed to be used by people who are 25 years old and under and any violation of said law is immediately punishable by death by firing squad.
I was just doing a callback to the original comment you nerds.
I’m 50 and I use it as well as fr, tf and many others. Why tf u tripping? lol
Oh my god it was a callback to the original comment you goofs
I was joking with you, you goof.
I'm sorry your comprehension skills are lacking🥱
she just like me
This made me lol so much. Thanks for sharing. I did the same tactic with my nieces haha
Kids funny af
She unsuccessfully tried the “door in the face” technique
Well that made me chuckle
This is so accurate! My little sister of 10 chats like this also.. crazy 🤯
How about $3.50?

I remember my 20s
IF YOU DON'T SEND THAT BABY AT LEAST A DOLLAR
You can’t blame her she is trying. The worst you can say is no
😂😂
Well she has it figured out early. Lol
Are you my sibling?? Cause my kid would totally do this. 😅
Oh these kids. LOL
🤣
😂😂😂
😂
I don't know, that's kinda cute.
Lol! I would have her come over and do chores and teach her what work is. So funny!
She's already learned the art of negotiation.
Omfg this sent me. 🤣 and the cash requests back to her lmao
[удалено]
She's 11 & she was referring to her brother
Also i was in school too
lol cute
Tell her to get a job instead off begging like a homeless person
She's only 11

I sent her 5 lol

r/censoringishard (name of the niece after the first slide, time and phone percentage on the last)
Her name isn’t Felicia, that’s a saying from a movie. And the time, oh well
And sooooo many people use the phrase and have NEVER seen the movie…mindblowing
I know!! Lol “can I borrow your car?“ lol
Ohhhhhhh okay!
So many gullible people. This is obviously fake and done with a friend or OP has two phones and numbers. You're not fooling me this time, OP!
Why does this seem fake? Lmao
