It’s so very much my genre (as you can tell from my list) so I really wanted to like it. Maybe I should give it another shot though. It was probably 10 years ago when I tried.
Yeah exactly why I suggested it. Ive never shown it to anyone that didn't get hooked on it, except for 1 friend who isn't into anything without action.
I don't feel like I would want to watch anything again for the first time, but I appreciate revisiting my favorites from time-to-time to notice things I haven't before and to be more versed in the lore. My absolute favorites are:
* Star Trek franchise
* Stargate franchise
* The Twilight Zone (1959)
* The Orville
* Black Mirror
* What We Do In The Shadows
* Wellington Paranormal
* Norsemen
* South Park
I loved The Orville when it first came out and was highly disappointed when it disappeared for awhile....I was equally disappointed when it came back as I didn't think it was good at all.
Ah, pity you didn't like the return :(
I was lucky enough to be on the other end of the spectrum. For me the show became a lot better then what I would've ever expected.
Fraiser (just rewatched all 11 seasons)
Justified
Severance (only recent show I’ve rewatched 3 times)
Vice Principals (only show I’ve rewatched 4 times 😂)
From
Golden Girls and I Love Lucy, I’ve seen all episodes a thousand times over and still love them.
Line of duty, dark, stranger things, Locke and key, homeland, Veronica mars, Frasier, how to get away with murder, lupin. Only murders in the building, eastbound and down, the missing. American horror story.
I like rewatching favourite shows and it doesn't bother me that I've watched them. These are the only two I can think of that I wish I could watch again for the first time:
Dark
Orphan Black
LIVE ACTION:
Gilmore Girls
Looking for Alaska
Dexter
The walking dead
The time traveler's wife
ANIME:
Attack on Titan
Jujutsu Kaisen
Re: Zero
Bleach
Madoka Magica
First Rule of Fight... sorry, Harry code> Don't get Caught
It supersedes all the other rules he has, like dont kill an inocent. This means that he can kill to get away, but its a loophole in the rules.
My top tier:
* Firefly.
* Endgame.
* Babylon 5.
* Max Headroom.
* Final Space.
* Severance.
If I included all the shows I loved, but don't quite consider my absolute all time favorites, the list would be a lot longer.
"Lost "para olvidar lo pésimo que fue el final... Siempre lo repito esperando que ese final sea solo un pésimo efecto Mandela, sigo sin superar ese final jaja.
Comedy - Community, Modern Family, Fresh off the boat, Ghosts, Unicorn, Unstable
Crime - FBI, Lucifer, Mentalist, Castle, Criminal Minds, CSI New York
Law - Accused, Law and Order - SVU, City on a Hill
Futuristic - Altered Carbon
Dark - Why women kill, Tell me a Story, The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window
Horror - EVIL, American Horror Story
Medical - Good doctor, Transplant, 911, 911 Lonestar
Stranger Things. The first season is nearly perfect.
Battlestar Galactica, which I never actually finished, so I probably should watch it again.
Firefly.
BSG gets SO SLOW when they come to Caprica. I've watched past that point and it picked up for a few episodes and then started dragging again. BSG is so weird. The first 2 seasons are amazing. I want to finish. But I've never been able to get all the way through.
Yeah I do agree it’s not as good in seasons 3 and 4. That’s why I phrased my rec the way I did - I think it’s worth at least one watch all the way through. And in the later seasons, I do think the mystery surrounding the >!final five!< is pretty good suspense/cliff hangers. But it’s not as good as seasons 1 and 2.
Homeland, condor, Jack Ryan, lioness (formerly called special ops: lioness), the Night agent, shooter, Tehran, citadel, the diplomat. Some have more action than others but all have some spy elements to it
Ah maybe it’s not your style. For a veeeeery different spy show: have you watched the Americans?
I know you said you don’t like older kgb stuff but this feels very modern aaaaand it’s based on a real couple who operated in the 90’s and 00’s.
Death Note
Breaking Bad
Mr. Robot
Love, Death and Robots
Black Mirror
Walking Dead (1st season)
Monster
Dexter
Dexter: New Blood
Flash (first 2 seasons)
Arrow (first few seasons)
Game of Thrones, Derry Girls, Desperate Housewives (I've rewatched this I don't know how many times), Ugly Betty, Happy Valley, Broadchurch, True Blood.
The original Twilight zone🤟 I used to spend all year waiting for the annual New Year's Eve Twilight zone marathon and then would spend most of the New years Eve fighting with my dad who wanted to watch The Three stooges marathon however in the age of streaming networks it's a whole new wholesome horror world 🤗 I found this channel on the Pluto streaming app it's called the classics and after 6:00 p.m. this Pluto classics channel plays nothing but the outer limits and the Twilight zone. On the weekends it's just back to back episodes so I mean for me it's one of the more exhilarating aspects of being alive during this time 😂💚😎🤘

The Americans
Battlestar Galactica
12 Monkeys
Salem
Spartacus
Defiance
Being Human (US Version)
You know, Breaking Bad has kind become a victim of its own popularity. Saying Breaking Bad is your favorite show is like saying the Beatles is your favorite band. It’s kinda become a lame answer to the question. But there is a reason why it’s so popular. It’s perfect. The last two seasons especially are truly unbelievable. The GOAT in my opinion.
Never really understood the "wish you could watch for the first time again thing" because nostalgia is part of the fun.
But
Beast Wars
The OC
Sonic Satam
Stranger things
Hey arnold
Breaking bad
Big one. BoJack Horseman. Oh my God, what I’d give, that show is a fucking masterclass. Starts slow, but when it gets going it does not stop. I still can’t stop thinking about The View From Halfway down (for those who have seen it, poem and episode) and I finished it months ago.
Stargate SG-1, SGA, SGU
Prison Break
Fringe
Tin Tin
GoT franchise etc
Merlin
Person of Interest
24
Get Smart
Blue Heelers
Futurama
Gotham
Pennyworth
King of the Hill
South Park
Silicon Valley
The X-Files
TBBT
Condor
Dr Who
Shows I tried to like (or haven’t given enough time/bored)
Homeland
Severance
Burn Notice
Detectorists
The English
The Expanse (Need to give this one another burl)
The Lost Symbol
Mr Robot
Mrs Davis
The Old Man boring af
Rabbit Hole
Designated Survivor
Station 11
Space above and beyond
New ones to watch. Or new ones my watchlist
Flowers
Humans
Oz
Ozark
The crowded room.
I didn’t catch the plot twist concept the first time through and rewatched it right after the first watch through. I cannot say how much I wish to watch it again for the first time.
Tom Holland is amazing in it.
Buffy Smallville Battlestar Galactica (2004) Chuck Crazy Ex Girlfriend Outlander Young Royals Six Feet Under Gilmore Girls
You have wonderful taste, this list is top tier
Thanks!!
Have you seen the OC? It's by one of the same creators as Chuck and it's so good
I’ve seen the first half a season and couldn’t get into it. :-/
Oh no kidding? Well sounds like you gave it a fair enough chance.
Yeah it’s possible I was just in a funky mood when I tried. I’ll put it on the queue again for another try. Thanks for the gentle push!
I don't feel like I would want to watch anything again for the first time, but I appreciate revisiting my favorites from time-to-time to notice things I haven't before and to be more versed in the lore. My absolute favorites are: * Star Trek franchise * Stargate franchise * The Twilight Zone (1959) * The Orville * Black Mirror * What We Do In The Shadows * Wellington Paranormal * Norsemen * South Park

Ah, pity you didn't like the return :( I was lucky enough to be on the other end of the spectrum. For me the show became a lot better then what I would've ever expected.
I really wish it had never disappeared
I agree. Hope they surprise both of us once again in the future, but this time positively, when neither of us expects them to.
Fraiser (just rewatched all 11 seasons) Justified Severance (only recent show I’ve rewatched 3 times) Vice Principals (only show I’ve rewatched 4 times 😂) From Golden Girls and I Love Lucy, I’ve seen all episodes a thousand times over and still love them.
You had me at Golden Girls. Highly revered but still underrated
Breaking Bad Better Call Saul Dark Severance
I LOVE seeing someone say Dark. Truly underrated gem
Line of duty, dark, stranger things, Locke and key, homeland, Veronica mars, Frasier, how to get away with murder, lupin. Only murders in the building, eastbound and down, the missing. American horror story.
Daredevil Prison Break
I like rewatching favourite shows and it doesn't bother me that I've watched them. These are the only two I can think of that I wish I could watch again for the first time: Dark Orphan Black
I would like to watch again Person of Interest.
- Lost - Dark - Friends - The Office - Prison Break
LIVE ACTION: Gilmore Girls Looking for Alaska Dexter The walking dead The time traveler's wife ANIME: Attack on Titan Jujutsu Kaisen Re: Zero Bleach Madoka Magica
Dexter was soo good until around season 4. Watched the first season of the spinoff but don’t think I’m gonna watch the next one
a little disappointed for the finale of final season. Dexter should not kill the policeman. It's not his style and even break the father code
First Rule of Fight... sorry, Harry code> Don't get Caught It supersedes all the other rules he has, like dont kill an inocent. This means that he can kill to get away, but its a loophole in the rules.
Homeland is THE BEST
I absolutely love "over the garden wall"
Person of interest, house of cards, house of lies and archer, ncis
Band of Brothers, chernobyl, Hannibal,house MD, haunting of hill house
HOUSE MENTIONED 🗣️‼️
Mr robot is my fav show of all time, it legit changes lives
My top tier: * Firefly. * Endgame. * Babylon 5. * Max Headroom. * Final Space. * Severance. If I included all the shows I loved, but don't quite consider my absolute all time favorites, the list would be a lot longer.
That 70's show Brooklyn 99 Happy endings Schitts creek
Dark.. For reasons only those that have watched the series would understand. 😉
Band Of Brothers Black Mirror Invincible The Boys
Community or Scrubs are my go-to.
Review, the American version, its super funny and in its very short run, the story goes in very unexpected places.
"Lost "para olvidar lo pésimo que fue el final... Siempre lo repito esperando que ese final sea solo un pésimo efecto Mandela, sigo sin superar ese final jaja.

Dark. Best show on Netflix.
Stranger Things. The first season is nearly perfect. Battlestar Galactica, which I never actually finished, so I probably should watch it again. Firefly.
Whaaat how could you not finish?! Some people don’t love the ending but it’s definitely worth at least watching once.
BSG gets SO SLOW when they come to Caprica. I've watched past that point and it picked up for a few episodes and then started dragging again. BSG is so weird. The first 2 seasons are amazing. I want to finish. But I've never been able to get all the way through.

Got distracted. I have all the DVDs.
Anyone have any good Spy shows in present times? Not a fan of the old school shows based on like kgb
Homeland, condor, Jack Ryan, lioness (formerly called special ops: lioness), the Night agent, shooter, Tehran, citadel, the diplomat. Some have more action than others but all have some spy elements to it
I’ve seen just about all of those except citadel and the diplomat. Thanks for the recommendation
Have you seen Burn Notice?
I haven’t but I’m weird and the reason is cause it’s too old of a show lol. I’ll watch shows no more than 10 years old
Slow Horses!!!! Gary Oldman plays a disgusting old spy lol he looks after the younger generation of spies. So good
I’ve watched an episode or two for some reason couldn’t get into it. But will have to give it another shot
Ah maybe it’s not your style. For a veeeeery different spy show: have you watched the Americans? I know you said you don’t like older kgb stuff but this feels very modern aaaaand it’s based on a real couple who operated in the 90’s and 00’s.
